Yeah. It's tax season. The snow is melting, & the scum is rising. Not the water, the scam phone calls, email, & texts.

I didn't know Elliot Gould - the actor - hired this "company"!   You probably wrote at least one of the fake positive reviews on the BBB website too, didn't you?

Interesting that all positive reviews at the BBB were made between January and March of this year!

Look at all those "fake" positive reviews.  And you found this site, how?  No one goes to a complaints website AFTER the fact, if they're satisfied customers.  Only shills!

Had a message to help negotiate business back taxes.  I spoke with them.  They seem legit.  I received their information, and I am deciding the next step.  

HAD A MESSAGE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS FOR REDUCED PAYMENTS ON SETTING UP AN INSTALLMENT AGREEMENT FOR MY BACK IRS 941 BUSINESS PAYROLL TAXES

I returned the call.  Spoke about payment term options that my revenue officer NEVER told me.  My Revenue Officer told me that there is nothing that they would do.  IRS said that I had to pay half ($60000) and then pay $5000 per month for 12 months.  I almost signed it even knowing that I cant pay it

Mr Chank?? at OMNI and his boss Allen Denke got me on a program for $1000 per month for 5 years.  I researched the other companies and OMNI is the only company with positive reviews with the BBB

OMNI let me call the BBB and their references (I called 20 just to BE SURE) because the competitors who called me told me that they were a scam.  OMNI is NOT a scam.  

I feel that the COMPETITORS almost scammed me and claimed to be from the IRS and told my employees that I owed taxes.

I am happy with OMNI - PERIOD!

Called me to help negotiate my business tax debt.  Mr. Shang was professional.  I hired them.

I did not know that the B*****DS at the IRS filed the lien because they told me that they would not for at least another month.  OMNI (Abraham) explained the rules and allowances that I did not know about for the financial statements that they wanted me to submit.  Listening to OMNI got my monthly payment from $2,800 the IRS wanted me to pay down to $600 per month.  

I hate the IRS. Thanks OMNI.

Legal group helped me with IRS tax lien and back taxes. They are legit. I am glad that I took the PROPOSAL because I needed them a month later when the state and IRS got really aggressive and stole money from my account. I compared them to the others, these guys (omni) are really good compared to the others.

They are vague with my employees and only want to talk to the owner. I told my receptionist not to take these calls, but I am glad this guy got through.  

I had a few messages from Shawn after an IRS lien was filed against my business.  I eventually called back.

He transferred me to Ben and OMNI sent me a proposal outlining some options for me to consider to fix my back tax issue.  I almost ignored the messages, but these guys were very professional.  

I got about 30 calls a day from other firms that were very rude to me and my employees.  On the other hand, OMNI was discreet and respectful.

I hired OMNI and they did everything that they promised for the amount that they proposed.  In my opinion, this is a call worth answering or returning.

Sean wanted to help me with my problem.  The problem I didn't know I had.  He sounds like a stoner.  He wanted to help me with my tax lien.  Kids, this is the kind of job you get when you skip half of your classes.

If you were called, it was because of a tax lien filed against your business.  This company is a private law firm that helped my company reduce and resolve a huge back tax bill.  I do not know if we would still be in business if I did not take that call.

The IRS was about to levy my account.
