Don't worry about it,it's a scam they are just collecting money from USA people by providing fake info

Suzzane, I hear u it will be okay... the same guy called me I told him I could not pay he told he that I will go to jail and oh god bless u he said...the nerve of of him saying that...I was so scared yesterday and today even knowing I never took a loan out..however I did fill out a FCC report and police report her on this number.. it also seem lime a lady on here is talking to he a lawyer on this very matter... I hope to see this resolved thank you so much Kelsey for all the help...just want him to stop...my head is spinning, I'm sure everyone else is too.

so, what did you find out when you called him back?  He was REALLY rude when I spoke with him.  This mess has my stomach in knots!

i received numerous calls stating all the same thing.  first it was a rose gilbert and then a jennifer freeman with the same threatening calls that I was going to be arrested withing the next 2 hrs.

had your Attorney every heard of this sort of thing before?  I am trying to decide what to do to stop this from happening to me too - I just don't know which direction to turn?

And I forgot to mention the similarity in the other posts about this same phone # - yes, he is of foreign descent.  He talks VERY fast and is hard to understand.  He is calling my place of employment which is extremely embarrasing.  Does anyone know how I can make them stop?   Any help would be appreciated.  Earlier today I returned the call (after he had left a voice mail message on my phone) and he tried to talk me in to going down to a local store and sending a Western Union or Money Gram with the promise that if I did this "this would all go away and it would be resolved".   Pretty rough scam that scared me!  He says that he is calling from an Attorney's office!  Please beware everyone and let's not let them get away with making victims of hard working innocent people like ourselves. The calls are coming in from 720-324-2619 & he calls himself Mr. Pratt.

This is such B.S.  - I am receiving these same type calls as described in these other posts.  It is very scary and obviously I was concerned when he said that I would be arrested & taken to jail by Monday.   I don't have any unpaid loans to my knowledge unless I have had fraudulant activity by someone using my name & SS# or something.  How did they get my name etc.?????  Pretty scary stuff!!!!  I unfortunately have had to take out a payday loan in the past (but, paid it back in full!) and I think this is where this B.S. stemmed from.  Why can't people just work for a living like all the rest of us instead of scaring the crap out of us while we are just trying to make financial ends meet.  This type of unnessary stress is the last thing everyone needs!  I wish I could make this kind of crap stop for all of us!!!!!!

I talked to my lawyer and they r gonna find out who is doing this my lawyer is not happy about it

This guy is calling me all day, Saying his name is jim straw sounds foreign that my lawyer needs to call. sounds like a scam. You cant get picked up for an unpaid loan and get arrested lol. I cant wait to call him back. this dude is retarted.

I called Lakewood and filed a report on this number..so sad I dont have a lawyer :( have no money to get one..they said this is a scam and if they call back hang up..wow every time I hear the sirens I think I'm going to jail...The officer said " if it was a loan u took it would go to court after if I don't pay it will go on my credit..they will not arrest me, or call and say that...they will just pick me up..they get into ur computer and hack it that's how they can get info....wow what a day...

It happened to me too nothin so far has happened I called my lawyer and they t gonna have a meeting with me about it it's agents the law to arrest someone about dept . Call ur lawyer or a lawyer and see what they say

Calls came in about 20+ first it was a emergency call (scared me) finding out that I have a case open about a loan I never took....filed a FCC report on this...I later got call from 911 saying on going to jail if I don't take careof this loan??? A loan iI never took...I'm going to jail for 30 days if I don't put money on a green dot card, that is not traceable??? I couldn't take this no more so I had my number changed. It was quite for 3 days and another number came in 720-324-2619...say that they are a atturnies office..he tells i'm being investigated under my social number and need a atternie right away, paper will be sent showing a court date and I'll be picked up arrested.... wow this is sad when and how did they get my number..English is not his first langauge he sounds foreign... plz be care he is scary

I to have gotten this caller calling . I am only 20 and of course I have never had this happened I was crying and he yelled at me saying mam stop ur crying u r being recorded . Did any thing happen to u guys should I not let it bother me ? I have a 2 year old to worry about lol please if any of u will let me know will u

these called me and said that i was going to go to jail cuz i didnt pay my loan that i neaver got and so when my mom called they back they told her to get off the line or she was going to go to jail but when my brother called them and act like he was the law they hung up on him

I've received calls like this before & the first time it was some law firm in like Illinois or something so I called a lawyer there. & the lawyer looked up the "Case number" & said that there is no such case. This time I told the guy that I know that if I was being sued then I'd get served in person & I hung up & he called back saying he didn't like me hanging up on him. He just called me back & left yet another message but I haven't listened to it. He also told me that is have to pay like 8000-9000$ fine if my attorney doesn't contact him. This is bull crap.

So my husband got a call from this number telling him that they will be taking him to court on Monday. Husband hung up and called me to call them to see what it was about. I call they answer law firm (that is all) and then put me on hold for like 10 minutes. So I called it back and they did the same thing. Think that they are trying to scam someone?!?! Anyone else having issues with this number?!?!

Update they called me again this time the number came up 911 and the guy was talking trash saying that okay you will be arrested in a couple of hours I called your local police department and you just be ready to get arrested in a couple of hours when I answered the phone he couldn't even pronounce the name he was trying to give me that was supposedly his own name?? I told him that I will not go any further until they give me more information and he kept shouting he's having me arrested I told him I will be waiting.. Scary part is he has my social security number

Now I have some one from this number calling me.. Telling me I need to get my attorney and clean this suit up before it goes to far... I said full of S#@t and i hung up... Number of caller ID says International...

Got the same call while ago. A  Kevin  some body,,  WHEN  i asked him what law suit  he said you dont know any  thing about this. I said no... I asked him to tell me about this law suit... and  of  course he couldnt  he said if i  did  not coopratr  that  the local    law enforcement would show up  at my  place of  work and  i would be arrested. I looked  up this  so  called law office   in  colardo and of course  there is no such place.. I called the guy back and he  tried to change his accent  when i told him i looked  up this  law firm lo and behold     that  there  was no such place  he got dead silent  and told me to stop  calling there.. lol

I have received the same message on my voicemail they have called my work place I do not know how they even have my information but I have never used any us cash loan nor American cash loan services. They have threatened to serve me with paper work. I played along telling them I would make a payment but I needed to know further information before I just send out a payment to anyone. I asked for the law firm name and the company I supposedly owe all they could say is the law firm is called bell price?? Couldn't really understand because they are foreigners but I have talked to the same 2 guys for the last 3 days and none of the names that they gave you all have been the names they have given me I get a Marcus or whomever. Today I told them that I will have my mother's attorney look further into the case before I make a payment and all of a sudden he says but you agreed to pay I said that was until you asked me to put the money on a green dot money pak, I told the gentleman that I do not feel comfortable paying someone with means that I can not track to see where the money is going and not knowing who I am paying! I haven't heard a word since. I even went as far as to have my attorney call the number they keep harassing me from and guess what no answer when I clearly just spoke to them 5 minutes prior. When you call this so called law firm they only answer with attorney's office or law firm not stating any other names. Last but not least no law firm would try and collect payments from someone if it reached that far only the collections agency would attempt this I have never heard of the attorney's office setting up payment arrangements..... Sorry so long hope this helps someone else if I get any more information I will be sure to post!

A "Mr. Jim Richards" from this number keeps calling me and leaves a message stating that if I or my lawyer does not contact him regarding an important extremely time sensitive matter, he wishes me "good luck". I have had this call several times over the past few days. Each of his messages are word for word copies, as if he's reading from a script. This E.S.L. (English as a second language) intimidation scam-artist really needs to be stopped. So he and his attorney of record can answer for their mis-deeds.

received a message to call or have my attorney call. called it back. they barely spoke english and had convenient static when i ask the name of their company, think they said vell prize. googled and got nothing. could not give me any info other that us cash loan and american cash loans online payday loans and that they where a big company and could be located anywhere. this is scary but i think it is a scam. a true attorney's office would have some details that could be confirmed.

Got two of these calls few hours apart, same script and obvious not English as a first language.  Very weird that they have my name and number and won't say what it's about or company name.  I don't take to being threatened by some anonymous foreigner for something they won't even tell me why I should call back!  Not sure who it should be reported to or if it would even be worth the time and frustration, like dealing with the FBI on this sort of stuff... I think they have better things to do!
