This just happened to me today too, saying the exact same thing.  Called my cell phone like 4 times and my work once and left the same message.  Was going to call back and yell at someone about threatening me but then I started thinking it might be a scam since I've had this happen to me before.  So glad I looked it up and saw all the complaints.   Not sure where he got my information either, but not very happy about it.

I looked this bogus company up, they called and told me I was gonna be arrested, when I looked these guys up I found all these post, still unsure I called them back and told them they were full of it and have been reported, a guy with an Indian accent said .."you going to jail' and disconnected, so i kept calling back to back and finally just to recv busy signal.>>>I am also a Jr. Criminal Justice student so know many of the police in this area, I did some research on this company and they are infact a SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE INFO..they will tell you there is a warrant out for your arrest on criminal payday loan cases( which I have never had one by the way) however they will tell you they can resolve matter with payments of whatever amount starting NOW...DONT DO THIS PEOPLE...PROTECT YOURSELF

just got a harrassing call from Roy Jackson stating he was a atty and I would be arrested today if i don't call back.. This is the second time they have harrassed me..sick of the bs and how did they get my freaking work #

The person told me I was getting arrested and If I don't call back right now you better watch your back  and then told me I better pay off some kind of loan lol I never did a loan a day in my life!  It's a scam to scare people and make people put money into there account , block the number. He has called me repeatedly both at work and on my cell phone.  Claims there is some kind of lawsuit out under my name and ss# and that either a warrant will be served on me or I will be arrested for theft and/or fraud.  When I told him I was sick of him threatening me then he said he was not threatening me he is just giving me advanced notice.  Then I told him this was illegal and he said it wasn't and I could talk to his paralegal who could explain it to me, but he just put me on hold and then came back and asked about calling my husband.

they just got 200 from my son at college. They threatened him with a bench warrant and fraud and he didn't realize it was a scam. He attends college over an hour away and he put me on three way calling and this rude woman with a heavy Indian accent was yelling at us both using threats. I told him to file a police report and I have made several calls back to this place demanding they return his money and she told me I now need to have my lawyer contact US Cash Lendings but would not give me any information. I am beyond pissed and my kid is distraught.

These people will not stop harassing me with stupid calls telling me I have a law suit pending against my social number. I work in a law office and told them that and they freaked out and stopped calling me about 4 days ago. Well, now they are calling again with American names in a strong indian accent. Told me I will be arrested and all this ridiculous stuff.

I just got a call about an hour ago saying the same thing. He said his name was Adam Woods. He said he was attorney for US Cash Lending who is suing me for a payday loan I didn't pay. He wouldn't tell me any information. He supposedly transferred me twice until I ended up with Adam Woods that sounded just like the other two men. This person should be arrested.

Yeah I got a call from this number today talking about law suit ....... ITS A SCAM........ they kept calling ..... they have now blocked my number because I started harassing them how they were harassing lmao bet they won't be calling any more

Some dumb a** with a crazy accent named "Daniel Scott" (LOL) called me today and left a voice mail stating that my attorney needs to call them for an urgent matter. He ended the call with, "If I don't hear from you or your attorney, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you." LMAO!! What a scam!

I received calls today from this same number then they called my place of employment same guy both times first john conner then Austin black but he was stating my social security number and then said he was going to through me behind bars for three years and have my house blew up tonight.  called me several times threating me to call authorities and will make my life as miserable as hell.  But I tried to call them back and it beeps and hangs up on me everytime.    

Indian sounding guy, same guy each time. I can only make out about every other word he says. DA's office and I can hear arrest warrant and coming to my work this Friday with a suppena to arrest me. He has left me 5 voice mails on the cell and one at my work. When he called my work it really made me mad so I called him back last night to see what this is all about. He said its about a payday loan but could not give name of company I had loan with, told me I owed 9,000.00 at this point-- BS!!  I told him I am making good on my loan next week, he said they do not want your money anymore.. he said they have sent you email that you have not replied too. He knew the name of the company I work for and he said at this point it is too late for you. You will be arrested this Friday at your work but instead he used the name of my work and he was correct!!

They keep calling me everyday over 10 times a day

I got the same message last night on my cell and work phone...also from Russia.  He wished me luck also on my 'dire situation' - All I can do is laugh at these people.  Thank god for this website which helped me out a lot in figuring this scam out!

These guys have been calling me every day!  Same guy...different name every time.  Yesterday it was Steven Foster and he was calling me "with a dire situation"  This number came up as being from Russia on my caller ID....he then called my place of work with a different number starting with *855.  Thankfully he said he wouldn't be calling again and wished my luck "with my situation"  These people are really something else!

these scam bugs days are numbered and will soon be jailed if we are going to be vigilant! Evildoers don't have any place in our society.  

don't be scared, call them back and tell them you know where they are! they are being tracked! location .. Russia , they are being closely monitored, and will soon be apprehended....

I got a call from these people and other scammers threatening using very broken English with heavy accents. They get your info online, from loans you have applied for most likely. Fact, you cannot be imprisoned for debt. Fact, real companies do not outsource debt collection to foreigners who can barely speak English! Blockthe number and sleep well tonight.

I received a call from the same number today. However even the the area code is CO my cell phone carrier tells me the location of the call and it said Russia so I didn't answer.  The voicemail message was left on my cell phone and also my direct line at work.  You can tell this guy was reading a script as it was the same message on both phone.  I am not sure where they got my information but this is crazy stuff.  I'm not calling them back.  Ther person whom left the message said his name was Jim Strong and if i didn't call back the very second I got this message,or have my attorney call all he could do is wish me luck as a sistuation would unfold.... blah blah blah.  The number he left is 720-324-2629 but no ext.

Here's my account of what happened to further this:

I called them back up today because I had a Danny Morrison supposed to call me back today for a 3-way call between him, myself, and whoever is trying to process this claim. I told him that I tried looking up their information online for their office and found none and when I googled their phone number, they have had several complaints against them regarding the same matters. I also told them that when I looked up their number, I found out that the number had only been started being used as of 10/08/2013 and that their number was a number that could be bought. I asked to speak to his lead attorney whose name is Adam Woods. I then proceeded to ask for his state bar information and he would not give me any information. I asked where they were located and they said Colorado, and I told him that I would be contacting the Colorado State Bar to verify their right to practice. I called the Colorado Supreme Court (303-928-7800) and gave them both Danny Morrison and Adam Woods names to them and they said they have NO record of ANY attorneys with those names. I then called Danny Morrison and Adam Woods back and told them that I checked with the Colorado Supreme Court and found that they have no legal right to practice and they still continued to try and say that they are processing paperwork and it will get to me on Friday and I'll be arrested. They also wanted me to stop calling them because now I was harassing them. I called again from a different number and they instantly knew it was me because of my voice and told me to stop calling them again. When I said, yet again, that they are not a legal law firm then asked again for their registration numbers they hung up.

COLORADO SUPREME COURT does NOT have them listed as attorneys at all.

These people called and left me a message telling me that there has been a complaint against me on a debt with my SSN. I called them back and asked them for the name of their firm. The guy with an Indian accent told me he was with Bell and Price legal Associates, while he was on the phone with me, I googled the firms name and nothing came up, I also googled the phone number and found this site with all the complaints of them being a scam. I asked him to fax me over all documents pertaining to this claim and he told me that he can only send them to my attorney. I had to quote FTC/FCC had told me which is any documentations must be sent to me in order for me to verify any claims. He argued with me and I told him legally you have to comply with my request and since I do not have an attorney you have no choice but to send them to me.  He told me that he can't only the attorneys can get a copy of the documents. However, he will send me a copy via subpeona and there will be a warrant for my arrest. So after throwing out my knowledge of my rights and the law when it comes to debts, basically telling him that No One can get arrested for debt. This fool told me F*&* You and hung up on me.
Definately a scam.  Please report these calls so they don't take advantage of the less knowledgeable.
