Picked up the receiver and all I heard was breathing

These folks have called me 10 times during the last 3-4 days, most recently 45 minutes before the polls close. No message but I have seen comments from others that it is a recorded message telling you to vote.

Have had the same number call on other occasions for other reasons so I believe they are in the "phones for hire" business.

Calls me every few days, have never answered until today, no one on the line.  Is this a number that is auto-dialing us perhaps?  Going to block them.  Thanks.

Keeps calling my phone.  No response when I answer.  No answer when I call.  Anyone know who they are?

Called my grandparents house where I've never lived and asked for me. Told them I was their granddaughter but that I didn't live there and they hung up.
