It is Argosy University an online school. I had to say hello a couple of times before someone responded but if you don't tell them to take you off of their list the will call you constantly. They are worst than bill collectors.

They've called me 8 times in 2 days.  I picked up and it was total silence, it hung up after 6 seconds.

It is Argosy University. At the prompt select number 2, you will then be connected with a live person. I asked them to remove me from the call list. They were polite.

yeah i think its automated.. i requested info from that school and they called me immediately afterwards.

this number has called me over 50 times in the last week and a half! they call as late as 9 and as early as 8 and some days have called once an hour!

Just call them back and option 2 is to remove your phone number.

The call originates from Argosy University if you are registered for a program online. Just call them back, they are courteous enough to have your number delisted.

Ugh, this made me not consider this school...very counterproductive technique.

thaaaank goodness for google. I googled the number because it has been calling me for the past week and I have no idea why. So I googled it and this page came up. So I learned to call it back and take my number off of their list... but I haven't even heard of argosy... and I'm already going to school which is the weird thing. Utah keeps calling me about their schools too.. Quite irritating.

Same here, I received these calls every half hour.. if I hit "ignore", they would call right back.  However, when, per the suggestion of a previous poster, I called back to be removed, they were very nice about it.  Talk about annoying! EEK!

I too received this call, I dialed the number back and a recording comes on and they give you the option to cancel your number from their phone listing.  Just follow the automated instructions and it will take 72 hrs for them to delete you from their dialing list.

yeah, they have called me like 5 times today and left no messages. found out its a Colorado based number. think i might try to call it back and see what they want.

This number calls my phone repeadtedly, sometimes ever 10 minutes apart.  Multiple times a day.  To the poster above, I too did something on the Argosy school site.. I wonder if this is it?  When I answer no one is there.  I am going crazy, this has been happening for a week now...

I have gotten this call 9 times in the last 12 hours- I was on the Argosy website yesterday looking around so that makes sense but I've tried picking it up the last few times and there is no one there.

How do we get it to stop calling? - It is especially frustrating during work hours!
