IT is Education Direct... Supposedly calling to follow up on inquiries about going back to school.  If you call the number back it will tell you this and will have an option to add your number to the do not call list.

Funny thing is though.... I was applying for jobs... not looking to go back to school.  Now I'm getting tons of calls about going back to school.

BE CAREFUL WHEN APPLYING FOR JOBS ONLINE!!!  A LOT ARE SUBMITTING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION TO THESE SPAMMERS!!!!
