Let me guess, his nextdoor cube-mate takes the alias "Philip Philipson"?

Whether you are called a debtor or some collector thinks you can flush one out, you have rights and options. Many are simple to exercise if you only learn how. You are granted control of how you are contacted, the right to dispute debt claims, and the means to sue violators at low cost. The FTC and the CFPB can start you on your homework. See also if your state laws grant additional or stronger rights.

Received a phone call today for a "relative" of mine who left my number as a message number.  Not very happy about it because this person, although a relative doesn't really know me and is in a mess.  I'm glad someone has reported this company as a debt collector because when the person called (Stephanie Medina) she did not state that this company "LRA" was a debt collector.
