People, all you need to do is go online and search your carrier's name to find out their custom calling features with their directions using them on that phone line. You may need to do a separate blocking or screening on your home phone as well as your cell and they may each have different codes, to do so. Be sure to follow directions carefully, as you may end up rejecting either all calleys or a special caller you really want to hear from.
And yes, this number has attempted to call me again recently so I've added them to my blocked, screened or rejected list.
ALWAYS CHECK FROM AN ALTERNATE PHONE TO VERIFY WHAT YOU'VE PROGRAMMED!
So be sure you are using the correct terminology per your service provider. Also, check your list often and remember YOU are in control of your phone service, it's not the other way around.

Got two missed call from them. I finally picked up and got a pre-recording from a guy named Jacob. I'm on the don't not call list from telemarketer.

Robocall pitching tax services, machine voice said he was Jacob from National Tax Help Center. Returned call to see who they really are. At first, sent to a Lorraine, who said she was with National Tax Relief. She asked if I owed at least $8000. I said yes (not true, of course). She transferred me to Walter. After some prodding, Walter admitted he was with Authority Tax Services. His email to me says he is with ",Authority Tax Services. We are located at 7535 Irvine Center Drive, Suite 200, Irvine Ca. 92618." http://authoritytaxservices.com/.
Of course, I am on the Do Not Call list. Have filed complaint. I also plan on filing complaint with the California State Bar, as the owner is an attorney there.
