So fake!! You can't find real Private lender these days!! ugh..

This person "Mr. Walter" claims to be a private lender when it's just a scam. His number is 720-515-4237. They use Moolah.com list another site to find people to scam. He will only text you then ask for your email address to send you a fake "Loan form" He sent this:

Hello Joshua,
All arrangements have been made regarding your loan funds transfer and we are ready to dispose your loan funds to you via your preferred medium after you have agreed with this term.
Due to the situation at hand,you are required to make the payment of your first monthly loan payment to our escrow agent via western union so that your degree of responsiveness to monthly payments can be noted.
I look forward solely to finalizing your transaction within the shortest period of time. All that is left is for you to make the payment and get back to me with the details and your loan funds will be transferred to you.

They have continued to call despite my requests for them not to call again, and despite them previously hanging up on me.

VERY strange call from this number. I answered and a woman came on the line. She said:

"Hi, my name is Andrea, and I'm calling in to...."

She just trailed off in the middle of her sentence, then quickly hung up. Never identified why she was calling or what she wanted.

Yes, I realise they're exempt, but surely when you ask them to stop calling you, they need to do that.

They have woken me up repeatedly. I don't live in the US. I'm abroad and they call in the middle of the night.

Check out the parameters of the Do Not Call laws. Exempt are political survey calls. Very clever.

Another call from them last night after REPEATED requests to stop calling me. They asked me if I was going to vote on Tuesday - I told them, for the 20th time, I've already voted for Obama. They hung up.

Why are people like this exempt from the no-call list? They're harassing me.

Why do the people involved in politics think they are different than all the other people blocked from calling us at home? Make them stop!!

Got another call at 2am last night. I wish I had your patience, Cubby! These guys are a***oles and need to be stopped.

I have gotten several calls from them.  They say they are for Prosperity for America.  I have answered twice and have told them to hang on, put the phone down and see how long they will wait... 1st call was about 7 minutes and the 2nd call was almost 3 1/2 minutes.  I love teasing unsolicited callers...next time I might talk about my personal problems and see how long it takes before they hang up!

They hung up before I could answer. I'm an overseas voter, registered in Colorado (swing state) and I have NO CLUE how they got my number. I'm beyond mad. They called at 11pm. Granted it's midday in Colorado, but those morons couldn't care less if they disturb me.

Just got a call this evening. Didn't hear it, but they didn't leave a message either. I've been getting unsolicited text messages from these idiots too.

Didn't answer and no message left but I love this website!  Americans (read: rich people for more money and power) for Prosperity calling my house? An officer of my county Democratic Party?  Guess they think they're calling my teabagger brother who uses my address as his mailing address while he's working overseas. FightBack is right.  Please watch Robert Greenwald's film - website is www.kochbrothersexposed.com.  These people only want to hurt poor and middle class folks in order to gain more wealth and power for the .5%.

Above poster is correct, it's someone with Americans for Prosperity. I answered accidentally but was polite despite their opposing views. The caller however, was insulting and rude, and ended up hanging up on me.

Just called them back - the voicemail that picked up was Americans For Prosperity - a right leaning political organization.

Americans for Prosperity - aka Koch Brothers.  Find out who your state director is and bother them at home every time you get a call.  They are paid over $100,000 a year to spread propaganda and lies and promote the billionaire Koch brothers' agenda.

Also - watch the Greenwald Film - Koch Brothers Exposed. A lot is explained and you will realize who Americans for Prosperity really are and that they are not the "grassroots organization" they claim to be.
