In reference to the number 723-487-7686  I spoke to PagePlus customer service to report this number and was told that this is a marker number pageplus uses anytime you access data and that it is not subtracting anything from your account, it is simply a marker they use. Hope this clarifies that it will show on your call log but is not subtracting from your account.

This number appears to be stealing all my minutes usage and is labeled as Data (SMS, Mobile Web)!

I also have the same problem. Don't know what this # is.
