the same number called me today jan 19th 2011 aprox 12:30 pm i answered and a man saked for me i said this is he and he hung up i called back it said welcome to sprint 411

SAME AS NOTES BELOW. I I HAVE NOT HAD CREDITCARDS SINCE 2005!

I received a call at 4:19 AM from this number...   My caller ID showed DIR ASST    TX.  Since my spouse is currently out of town, ironically in Texas, I hesitated, thinking it was bad news.  However, I chose not to answer it, seeing if a message would be left or the caller would try again, and after reading the previous post, I'm glad I didn't.  But what nerve of my phone ringing at 4:19 AM!!!

I got this phone call from an automated voice system for some kind of credit card service company stating they were calling because my credit card had been suspended because third party access was suspected. I was  then I was prompted to press (1) to reactivate the card OVER THE PHONE in a matter of minutes. Did I mention this was automated?? I pressed (1) for the humor of it and was asked to enter my card number, for my security of course. I hung up and called right back and from my area code, 757, it's Verizon Nationwide 411. I called twice and got the same thing.
