People from around the world know who the USA is.  It is a common reference.
PRE is a cockroach hole only found on 1) 800 notes 2) Merchant Circle (w/ your mail fraud address) 3) your total BS website w/ no content prestigeresortexchange.com.
This is a thinly veiled scam run by a bunch of dumba$$ crooks with a modicum of technology.
The way you make money is by scamming old people with money and timeshares (and who are desperate to sell their timeshares).  You take advantage of people who have given a lot to this country.  You should be ashamed of yourselves, but you are too filthy to have any shame.  You are criminals and I hope you all go to jail for a very very long time.
But on a positive note... I hope your cellmate has a lot of affection for you.
Doesn't make sense.

That doesn't make sense. Just because a person doesn't belong to an organization does not mean that them using an acronym makes them a bad person. I know several of my classmates are from all around the world and are not American citizens, but yet they call the United States of America the U.S.A. Same thing.
I can give you the legal references...

If you want the legal references for the aforementioned legality of recording your own conversations from fraud telemarketers, I can help you.  The companies that make the recording equipment are pretty aware of the state laws.  Some are more stringent than others, to be sure, but you have made the mistake of calling people in the states that do allow it.  I hope to entrap you and you won't even see it coming.

Funny, not an employee, yet you refer to them by their acronym?  What a joke.  People who dont' even know about Prestige Resort Exchange certainly don't go around calling it PRE.  You are part of their operation, otherwise you would have no need to defend this fraud.

You obviously don't know as much as you think you do.  You will go to jail soon enough.  You are going to make mistakes, you will be tracked down, you will not enjoy life behind bars.

The time share resellers are not legitimate (Prestige Resort Exchange) when:
1) Not listed with Realtors of the state in which they do business (don't listen to their con artist lies about why they don't need it)
2) No one in the community they operate in knows anything about them (call the local chamber of the community they give you for their home business address)
3) The use fake reviews from non-existent people (google the reviewers, you can't find them)
4) They won't give you anything in writing until they have money from you
5) They want you to agree to everything on the phone
6) They won't give you guarantees for nonperformance in writing
7) They want you to sign their "marketing agreement" before they can give you any information
8) They are not part of their local chamber
9) No one in the real estate community where they claim to be operating knows who they are
10) They have an offer you for you with a down payment already in hand.

This person is begging "you" to educate yourselves, but has openly admitted in their previous posts that they or anyone they know has never done business with said company. So I am a bit confused about their false enthusiasm. It seems like they may have a grudge. I smell an angry ex-employee.

This is completely misleading. It is considered inadmissible in EVERY state, without question. So whether or not that mean it is illegal or not does not apply. Also, not one person posting on here has EVER provided any such evidence to support the claim that the company by the name of PRE has ever defrauded any party. I AM NOT an employee of PRE or any other timeshare resale company. I am just stating facts. The negative posts on here are a bit funny actually. The have no basis in reality.

I am just beggin your to educate yourself.  New post on Reuters from FTC last few days (3/31): "FTC gets court order to shut down timeshare scam"
http://blogs.reuters.com/prism-money/2011/03/ ... timeshare-scam/
Prestige Resort Exchange is not in that article.  But I know for a fact that there are investigators pursuing Prestige Resort Exchange's EXACT same fraud.

Funny the false indignation comes across the internet.  I am sure you think you are justified in stealing people's money because they are stupid or naive, but your crimes will find you out.  Run from the light you cockroach.  The federales want you!  The exterminator wants you.

It is not unlawful in many states to record telephone conversations to which one is a party, even in the absence of disclosure to and consent of other parties to the conversations.  There are some states in which a single consenting party can make the recorded conversation legal; thus entrapment of the unknowing party may be permitted.
When you are doing calls from your call bank in "wherever" you had better know the phone laws of each state to which you are calling.
It would be priceless to see prestige resort exchange caught doing their wire and mail fraud by simply not knowing the law.... and you have been so careful so far.

This seems like a very crappy situation for you. I would like to point out to you that it is ILLEGAL to record a phone conversation without telling someone and asking them for their consent. If you do not get their consent and record the conversation and send to anyone then it will be disregarded. You have a lawyer so you can ask your lawyer about this, don't take my word. Any thing like that would be considered inadmissible in court or anywhere else for that matter.

How are you going to say my name is a fake? My parents, God rest their souls, would be very upset that someone would try and throw dirt on our family's name. You should be ashamed of yourself. Never in my whole entire life have I ever been so disappointed by someone saying something about my family's good name. I truly hope that you do not have children, because I'm sure you teach them to be just as disrespectful as you are and just as brainless. I am certain that YOUR parents would be very unhappy to know that their child is on the internet debasing someones good name. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I tried to call them back from my lawyers office several times.  My lawyer also tried to call them multiple times throughout the day.  He or I couldn't reach them.  But whenever I call from home, they answer.  This seems really really weird. ... like they have a phone recognition.  They won't give me anything they are claiming in writing, so I will play along and record our next conversations and turn it them over the federal trade commission.  They must think I am an idiot.  Actually I kind of feel like an idiot for wasting my time and the time of my attorney.

So "RamonaLisa", you haven't actually done business with this company, but you are saying they are a scam? That's pretty sweet. That would be like me saying... "I don't like the look of RamonaLisa's boyfriend, he is probably a criminal. Lol. Point is that just because you didn't like the terms the business set forth, that does not mean that they are a scam. It means that YOU do not like follow rules, and am angry that they would give into your demands. Don't be a brat, RamonaLisa! <3

I see other posts about Prestige Resorts Exchange that claim that is is a fraudulent timeshare reseller.  They claim to have a buyer for my timeshare at a ridiculously good price but I'm supposed to pay them $1,495 for my closing costs before they can proceed.  Sounds like a ridiculous scam to me.  Any information?  How can this be researched?

NOTE:  I did call the phone number and it did ask for the extension.  However, the web url that they gave me has an "under construction link":
