I am getting 5-10 calls from this number. I haven't borrowed any money in 10 years. I am disabled, so they can't call my employer.

I have been getting these calls for awhile......my wife told the jerk to send paperwork.......next time he calls, I will keep him on the phone til I get outside and fire a .44 next to the phone, hoping to bust his eardrum......

this caller has called into businesses numerous times and threatened to keep calling until he gets to talk to employees.  they are persistent and do not heed requests not to call.  calls appear to be coming from the Pa area between pittsburgh and Youngstown,  via some cell service or spoofed to look like it.

They called me I guess same story I have to pay some amount of money for a loan that I can not get. I have NEVER had a loan in my life so step one of how I no they r lying. These guys r dot heads with white names step two and they had no way to work with me about paying. If I had to pay money they wood work with me. But nothing then I ?ed them and they hung up. O ya a guy named Andy smith called my job asking for me and I talked to a guy named Gary jones. Someone do something for they take advantage of people please.

Yes they do, he had the nerves to tell me that I would be arrested and Good Luck and laughed.  
What bill collector does that... None that I know of.  I am going to get them. LOL

I received calls from these people on my work phone as well.  I agree it is very disturbing, the guy that called said his name was Mr. Walker with a THICK middle eastern accent.  I was nice and asked them not to call me at work, now I see the number and just let it go to voice mail.  They are full of SH----it With their scare tactics.  I wish something could be done, maybe the next time they call I will see how much information I can get from them and report it.

same thing with me - steven smith said I owed cash loans usa. I asked for written verification if I owed something and he said he couldn't.  threatened to call my work, etc. very strong indian accent.

i GOT A CALL FROM A DARRYL COPPER WITH A FOREIGN ACCENT. i COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HIM. HE SAID HE WAS FROM US GUEST SERVICES  wHEN I KEEP ASKING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED

My son took out a paY DAY LOAN  THE FIRST OF MARCH AND BEFORE IT WAS DUE THIS GUY STEVEN SXMITH WAS CALLING THREATING A LAWSUIT AND THAT HE MUST CALL RIGHT AWAY OR TAKE THE CONSEQUENCES, i HAVE REPORTED THIS NUMBER AND CALLED THE GUY BACK 30 OR MORE TIMES AS HE DID MY SON AND RATTLED HIS CAGE!.. BY THE WAY MY SON DIED MARCH 11TH BEFORE THE LOAN WAS DUE

I am going through all the messages this a** left and here is a message he left 10 times........"BE READY TO GET FIRED FROM YOUR JOB, THAT'S MY PROMISE , YOU WILL FIRE FROM YOUR JOB TOMORROOWWW. CONGRATULAAAAATIONS...HEE HEE HAW HAW HAWWW.....
These people need to get a life.

This man, Steven Smith called me 30 times back to back and left 24 messages saying I NEED to call back and if I FAIL to call him back GET ready to loose my job.... really!.... I am reporting this number...he is very very rude and this is ridiculous.

This phone number keep calling my job and harassing me as well I'll going to my district attorney.

this guy says his name is john smith and he has a lawsuit against mt ss# and he will contact louisiana authorities and my place of work they did contact my place of work and if they cause me my job i will do everything  i can to make them pay for this please get a real job and leave people go on with their lives

this guy mark mathews called and left me a message saying theres a lawsuit against my ss# and if i dont call him he would contact authorities of louisiana for my where abouts

I have been getting calls from someone named Andy Smith, also with a thick accent saying i had better call him back of what happens next would be solely my fault.   He has also harassed my elderly mother with several calls before noon every day.  Fortunately she can't understand him and hangs up.  What can I do about this.  He has called using other numbers because i recognize his voice.  I once said I was going to tape the call and he hung up.

I got a threating voicemail and called back. He said i was in trouble for fraud with my ssn. I told him in AMERICA we get served papers then its real. He said i owed a loan with us cash loans, which i dont. He proceeded to tell me to get a lawyer and make up my story right and hung up. I was pissed so i called.him back.... Well i told him what i thought and he told me to shut the F&@$ up. I laughed and said my own pretty lanaugue to him. The line went dead. I will change my account number and put a fraud alert on my credit becuase they do have the last 4 of my ssn, just as a precaution. This happened to me about 2 years ago but beter safe than sorry.

I have received multiple phone calls on my cell and at my work, which is so embarrassing! He also used the name Steve Smith from Hopkins law Firm and And told me I would be arrested that day if I did not send money. The first time scared me then after 7 phone calls I just got really pissed off. My attorney contacted them and I have notified police but unfortunately not much can be done right now. I am getting as much info on them  which is a cell and land line that traces back to 2 cities in PA and will let you know what else I find out.

Hi I been getting the same call and his name is Jack Smith he used this number too 518-417-3203. He is very rude and keep leaving message on my voice and sometimes my co-workers pick the phone. Can someone give the number or email of the FTC so i can report this person in my opinion if this was true they will send letters or perhaps come directly to you so please don't answer the call and reporte. I just received a call from this number looking for my son! He said he was from Hopkins Law Firm and that my son has been working with the police. When I told him I have no contact number to offer he hung up. I located the law firm he said he was calling from and they have no reason to be calling my son. I called the number back demanding their name (he had a thick accent and was very hard to understand) he hung up on me again. I advise folks to get a copy of your credit report. If they have some of your info how do you know they don't have more and have begun wreaking havoc in your life?

omg!!  they are harrassing me also with the same speech! Telling me I am in serious legal trouble and the police will be coming to arrest me. He said his name was Mark Mathews. He had a very thick Indian accent and I could barely understand him> He was also phoning my workplace and my boss finally told him I no longer worked there because he was calling 5 times an hour and was very rude to my co-workers.  I just want this to stop...this cant be legal and i feel is borderline abuse. I have already filed a report with my attorney general office but it takes them around 4 weeks to get back to you...in the meantime.....the daily harrassment continues.........

They are still calling me-left a voicemail on my office phone-saying if I don't contact them they will start calling my employer, family and friends. I reported them again to the FTC this morning after I received the message. I was told they are aware of this scam and it's being investigated however there's no way to stop the calls until they have been caught.

They advised me to contact my state's Attorney General's office, which I also did this morning. They also said that I should let my employers and anyone that they may contact to know what's going on, and if they should by chance answer a call from these people regarding me, for them to tell them they have no contact or other information on me and not to call again

They are now calling my job I have blocked their number on my phone but they will just get another number . Trying to find out more info will keep every who is being harassed by these people updated

This idiot with a heavy accent keeps calling me at work 20 times in an hour. What can I do to put a stop to this?

This is a scam they try to scare you into paying them money over the phone to avoid being arrested. The guy that called me said I had committed fraud with my SSN. He used the name Steven Smith but had a very thick foreign accent. I told him that I would be reporting him to the FTC. which is what anyone who receives a call like this should do.. there's no way someone is going to call you over the phone regarding a lawsuit, especially if you haven't recieved any paperwork saying you're being sued.

This man calling from the same number posted making threats about lawsuit and going too jail get a life you conartist I hope you go too prison for all the people you hav ripped off a***oles!!!!!!

I received a call from this number and the foreign speaking man said if i didn't call back and settle this "suit" they would have my driver's license and social security card taken from me -- never heard of such a thing.  I'm sure this is not a reliable message.

The person calling me from this number wanted to speak with Tanner, I told him he had the wrong number.  He asked  - who I was so I said who is this?  He said - THIS IS VICTOR now let me speak to Tanner, I said sir you have the wrong the number please do not call me again! and I hung up.  Two seconds later he called back and asked why I hung up on him...??? I said because you have the wrong number he wanted to know how long I had this number... I told him 10 years!  Now leave me alone and don't call back or I will report you!  and I hung up!  

I decided to look up the number to see who he was with.. this was the only thing that showed up.
