Must like NC a lot.....I get calls from this number at least 2-3 times a week. They always hang up before I can answer. They never leave a message either.
There is an option to block numbers on most cell phones.

Nope. If you're on the federal Do Not Call Registry phone marketers do NOT have the right to call and sell you anything.

This is free enterprise ! If you have a phone telemarketers have a right to call you and sell stuff. You don't like it ? Go back to Russan Soviet Union where nobody has money to buy things. Sell sell sell, thats the business of the good old USA.

Persistent harrassing calls originate from this number, attempting to offer me gift cards that I don't want. The recording offers to put me on a "do not call" list if I will just press "2", but after pressing "2" the calls persist. Whoever it is offering the "do not call" placement knows it's a ×amn lie when they offer it. It's an outrage that the United States Government and North Carolina Government allow this b×llshi× to continue on and on and on.

This is a place/company called Reward Redemption. They claim I recently visited one of their sites and they want to give me a $100 rebate card to a bunch of retail stores. Press 2 to be put on their DNC list.
