Ok, I've gotten a few of these from many different phone numbers.  I'll tell you who I think they may be.  If you signed up for a payday loan online, particularly from cashnow.com. ..well they were compromised.  these people have all my info,  including my social.  I haven't gotten a call in quite some time now.

East Indian guy (name of David Daniel) - calling from Allen Collecting Department in Pittsburgh PA.  Said I owe an online loan - CashNetUSA.  Called 3 weeks ago from another number and when I asked for something in writing he hung up on me.  This has happened to me before and I was scammed for $900.  They also call with caller id 911 Emergency.  DO NOT PAY these people.  He has given me two different case numbers - I guess his note taking isn't as good as mine.  When I asked why he calls me from 5 different numbers he denied it.  Still waiting on something via email.

WTF IS WRONG W.PEOPLE NOWADAYS!!!! DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!! WE JUST GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THIS PHONE # 724.320.6585 CLAIMING THAT THEY ARE FROM THE FINANCIAL CLAIM DIVISION!!!!  I TRIED TO PLAY HIS GAME AND TOLD HIM A WRONG NAME AND HE INSISTED TO TRY AND RETRIEVE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!  THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE EVERYONE WHO RECEIVES A CALL FROM THIS PH# BEWARE AND POST THAT PHONE NUMBER ON EITHER FACEBOOK SO WE CAN BLOW UP THEIR PHONES JUST OUT OF ANGER!!!!

They called my friend and said it was officer James Thomas and my friend needed to prove to him he was a legal american!! F*** THIS GUY!!!

Do not give them any of your information.  Same story with us.  They kept calling saying we owed money to Cash Net USA.  Even had our work information.  We called Cash Net USA and they said that we have no account with them or owe them any money and that they are trying to build a case against this company who is making bogus calls using their name.  The name they used with us was Financial Crime Legal Division out of PA.  We also got the 911 Emergency call from another person saying the same thing.

got a call from this number.  said his name is Peter Williams with some financial services company.  claims there is a legal problem associated with my name/number.  sounded like one of those guys from the show "Outsource".  SCAM as you can see by all the posts!!!!!!!!

Received a call from this # today 05/10/11 guy said his name is peter williams strong accent. threatened to send officers to my home and work. called a friend who told me it was a scam...how are these people getting personal info?

Also recieve threats from this number.  Like a warrant for my arrest.  When ask send what they saying in writing they refuse to give information.

I was contacted by this number today.  A man told me to hold on he was getting his senior agent;  It was a woman.  When I started asking her questions, she told me she was getting her senior agent.  Then that guy told me he was getting his senior agent.  All the while, the only name I actually got was Mark Johnson.  They say that they don't send information in the mail, but by law they have to.  Another thing, they told me they don't work for a company!!! REALLY??  They would not give me their address or tell me what state they are calling from, if it is even in the USA.  And why is it that the only people, in this "Legal Department", are from another country.  I contacted the FTC and the US Secret Service, both have told me do not pay these people, IT IS MOST LIKELY A SCAM!!!!!  They have my address, phone number of course and claim they have my SSN.  I received a call in Oct. 2010, when they called me 3 weeks ago, they told me this was the first time they had called.  I looked back at the info from October and what do you know, Mark Johnson was a senior office at the time of that call.  I was told 4 different names for a company and none were legit.  They put you on "hold" by covering the phone with their hand, pushing a few buttons and all the while you can hear them talking about you.  WOW, you would think if these people were going to steal money from people, they would have a REAL phone system.

recieved a call today 2/28/11  The call went to my voice mail.  He said his name was something i could not understand.  said legal action is being taken against me and I need to call back as soon as I got this call.  What the caller did not know is that I already know this is a scam.  I have been getting calls since july from different companies all stating the same thing.  No one will send me information in writting.  I have fowarded all information to the federal trade comission and have been advised that this is a scam.  DO NOT SEND ANY OF THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!!

I received a call today July 14, 2010 from this number (so far 2 times). This call came from a Daniel.   They were rude - I didn't answer - told me if I didn't call them back then good luck as to what will happen to me.  They had my address too.  I really want to find out how they are getting my #'s and information.  

Couldn't understand what they were saying (Middle Eastern) accent.  This call said it came from Pennsylvania - the other day it was a California number.

Did you understand anything they said? Also was the person rude and throw threats at you.
