this phone number called me twice in a row. I picked up the second time and no one answered. so i hung up.

I got a call from this number yesterday... so annoying. If I didn't want to waste my minutes I would pick up and tell them to stop calling. Ridiculous.

The call is from a car warranty company. They flood cell phones with calls. The numbers that appear on caller ID are non-working numbers. I have tried to get through to a person but I have not yet been successful. I know some have but they haven't been able to stop the calls.

I've made complaints to the FCC, but since the company hides their identity, nothing has been done yet. Maybe if everyone would make a complaint every time they get a call, the FCC will be able to get enough information to stop these freakishly annoying calls.

I've also received two calls from this "Catherine Olive" person. I didn't answer when they called me last night and they called me again during school today. It's pretty ridiculous that all of us have gotten the same calls.

I have also received calls from this number - both on my blackberry and personal phone. It is driving me mad. The calls to my phone are always telling me my vehicle insurance is about to expire despiute that I have never owned a car in the USA.

Keeps calling my cell phone about extending my warranty, What's the scam?

I received a voicemail on my Magic Jack Computer Phone which lasted 10 seconds but nothing but a clicking noise at the end of the call. At least they got this phone number and not my cell phone that I use all the time instead of a real phone.

called me at 11:14am (Central Time) on 11.11.2008.  I answered and there was no repsonse.  Totally dead.

Verizon manages the number last not sure if they still have it or who does now.

I also get several calls per month on my office phone from this outfit, and now for the first time on a cell phone that I only keep for emergencies -- I don't even know its phone number myself.  I googled the caller number to see how long it's been in use, and from the posts here, it looks like it's  for a single day or two that are supposedly not in use.

On the few occasions when I've waited to speak to someone, I've ended up with people who are experienced enough to *deliberately* try to piss you off - they seem to ENJOY it.  Aks why they called, they say that you called them.  Ask what car, they again say YOU called and ask you to describe your car and to give them personal information.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION! FURTHERMORE, IF YOU ASK TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR LIST, YOU WILL THEN GET SPAMMED TWICE AS MUCH.  I don't know what's in it for them to call even more, but they do it.

It doesn't matter if you are on the federal do-not-call registry -- they call anyhow.  If you call back the number that is listed as the calling number, it returns as unlisted or unused.  The fines are very large for calling someone on the do-not-call registry, but the fact that they can bother me several times per week suggests that either the federal program is as forked-up as our banking regulations, or that they can't be charged with the way that they are using supposedly unused phone numbers.

Just received two phone calls from the following number
(724) 847-4679 then literally three minutes later a received a call from this number (509) 962-6276. no voicemail but I usually get one regarding my car warrenty. Funny I haven't owned a car in over eight years.

I also received a call from this number during dinner, they left a voice mail about a warranty, I'm sixteen and I don't own a car, this obviously is some spam issue, I had also gotten a earlier today from (978) 409-5210, I suspect the same story, as I've looked up the 978 number and many people had a car warranty story.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't answer, and they did not leave a voice mail. I tried calling back and it said the number is not in service. Apparently they are "spoofing" a number. Someone needs to sue them!

I received one from this number tonight and the caller id said O'Live C.  I thought it was strange so I did no answer.  No message was left

Just received a call from 724-847-4679, calls me at least 3 times a week about my car warranty. I'm really care full about giving my # out, I usually make one up when a retailer ask me for it. Wonder how they got it.

I get calls from this (and the (978) 409-5210) about the new car warantee thing (been happening for about a year, before I even purchased a car) all the time, about 4 times a week.  For the longest time, I just ignored it.  It finnaly pushed me to a breaking point when this week I got 3 calls in two days and pressed 1 to talk to a representative (never pressed 2 to be removed from the list cause it sounded like phone spam).  I asked the representative what car the warantee was running out on to which he replied he didnt have that information in front of him for security purposes.  Then I said I have been getting calls about this crap for too long.  He said thank you and hung up.  It is phone spam... Now that I answered and gave them proof that someone is on the other end, I've doomed myself to phone spam calls...  Oh well, I'll change my number, live an learn, and dont respond to this obvious spammer garbage,

I got a call from the number 509-962-6276 at 6:31pm and then at 8pm I got a call from 724-847-4679. and both didnt leave a voicemail.

I was in my 8th period class today and they called me so I tried calling them back after we got dismissed from class and it says "all circuts are busy" Very annoying and I could've gotten my cell tooken up :o

I got a call from them on the 10th of Nov as well..724 area code is Pittsburgh PA..thats all I know...I dont plan on calling them back..annoying really.

Robocall on both the house and cell phones routinely about some warranty being up on a car something or other.  I don't even own a car!
