Called several times when no one was home; called yesterday, I answered and no one was there; called today, I answered and the woman said they were "American Solar Energy." I don't have a business relationship with this company, but I have received calls from them before. I asked to speak to a supervisor to make sure I was removed from the call list ... She said, "Sure! Please hold" and hung up on me. I tried calling back and got the "not in service" message. Reported to do no call. Infuriating!!

This call comes in every day - sometimes more than once. The set up is an annoyance tool, or a fool with the sense of humor of a moron. I don't have an outstanding bill turned over to collections, my caller ID says "Unknown", and there is no voice response at all if I pick up the phone. How quaint that some people get a ridiculous response - male, female, British sounding or what ever! lol It really doesn't matter the type of response. Isn't there something the phone company can do about this?

Calls numerous times at all times of day and night and does not leave message. Inadvertently picked up phone today and they said they were ACS. Told them I was on Do Not Call list and her reply was ok and kept talking. I finally said do you even know what that means and she hung up.

This call appears in my missed call list every day from when I'm in work.
The exchange and number only (210-3256) come up on the caller ID of "missed calls" on my phone service with no area code indicated. This tells me that it's probably a land line / PABX. If I call that number; I get a recorded message: "The number you have reached is not in service". This recording could be network or could be from the originator trying to sound like the network message (since I detect a slight British twang to the female voice). It should go, "I'm sorry, the number you have reached is not in service. Please check the number and dial again. Thank you." There ARE outbound only numbers but I thought those were only in the toll free or bulk toll catagory with an 800 or 888 etc. area code at the head end.

Calls a couple times a day, Never left a message. I am suspicious that this is some sort of annoying telephone solicitor. However I can't find any information online about this number other than sites that want you to pay them for the reverse phone look up. And I am not bothered enough to shell out any money over it.
