Had a message on our phone from "Lisa" addressing both my husband and I by our first names...how, we don't know. They wanted to talk about property we do not advertise. We're also current on the Do Not Call Register.  It's a no-brainer...If you don't know them, even if they make you think you do, don't believe them. Simply hang up! It's slow in happening but more and more these pesky low-lifes are getting their just reward and that perfect piece of property behind bars where they belong.

Received call from 'Lisa' at Preferred Property, said they had an AZ developer interested in my Mohave County lot. I have a Lake Havasu lot but it was never for sale. I was curious how much they would offer and said yes I was interested. She said their Sales dept would call with an offer. 'Diana' from Sales called, left a voicemail to call 727-230-4947 which only leads to answering machine. She quoted a nice offer, but requires a $498 deposit upfront. She said their website is www.2pps.net. It's a BIG scam, so don't fall for it.

Called my landline. Left a message saying his name was Todd.  Wanted to talk to me about my property in Arkansas.  We do own property but do not advertise that...

Showed up on my caller ID. They left a message, from "Geo Molinari." The man who left the message said his name was Todd and wanted to talk to "me" (never using my name) about my property in Mohave County, AZ. Needless to say, I have no property there. One call so far, 10:30 am.
