Dayspring has called me many times and I don't know why.Ifiled a complaint because I am on the do not call list.Ialso got in touch with the Better Business Bureau and they are nor accredited,No wonder.

honestly, youd have better luck with any State DNC registry..states come down much harder than the Feds do..in FL its ran by the Dept of Agriculture..most other states though, the state AG is in charge of it and they usually take it pretty seriously. Hope this helps..i sell these types of lists, and we take extra steps to ensure people like yourself arent called, and things are done on the up and up. Companies like this give the rest of us a bad rap...

This outfit whatever it is, called my number and left a completely incoherent message on my answering machine. It sounded as if they were drunk and halfway through, the message ended. I have absolutely no debt and no mortgage so if it's one of those outfits looking for a payout they can forget it. In any case whatever their pitch was, I have no interest in answering ANY unknown numbers.

My caller ID and $14 answering machine is the best protection against incessant telemarketing calls and other assorted crooks and scum. When the phone rings I watch the number come up on my caller ID and if I recognize it I will answer. Any other caller who has something of importance to say will leave a message which ninety nine times out of a hundred will be no message. It appears as if the DNC list is completely ignored by these people.

Got a call from Dayspring at 1-727-233-4073 at 3:55 p.m. today (6/25/12).  Left no message.

Why should I have to tell this company to put me on their "do not call list"?  I am on the federal do not call registry, so the business has no business calling me to begin with.  I do not, nor have I, had a business relationship with them, so they are violating federal law by calling me.

Instead of giving these j-wads your phone number so that they know someone lives there, please file a complaint with the FTC.  It's easy to do, and the business can be fined up to $1500 per complaint.  Here is where you go to file the complaint:

dayspring consultants is a company owned by a man named David Vogel aka scum of the earth. dayspring consultants is something he started to sell people a "debt program" that is supposed to help people get out of debt. this you can do your self!! all they do is negotiate your debt which with the right letters and information you can negotiate yourself. they charge you a monthly fee to do this for you and they end up making about 30% of what you owe for them to put in their pockets. so what im saying is they are calling to sell you a program to "help" you get out of debt. the address on their website - 8747 Wolf Den Trail Port Richey, FL 34668   is a residentional home and is believed to be the owner (David Vogel) home address, the actual office is close to this address but its located on Little Road in a plaza just south of State Road 52 in Port Richey FL. why they dont put their office address on the website remains a mystery to me. they also have other programs like 9orless which is a "mortgage acceleration program" and they are starting solar programs too. any way they can get any money from you they will. dont trust this company its owned by a crook. i hope this info has helped :)

Recently I've been getting calls from "Dayspring" on caller ID. When I answer the phone, the person on the other end either just keeps saying "Hello" like they don't hear me until I ask them to say something other than hello and identify themselves and then/or they ask for me by my name.  I don't give out my name unless I know who I am speaking to and why they are calling.  Then they will not identify themselves until I give them my name.  I explain you are calling my number and intruding on my time and I don't give out information until YOU identify yourself and why you are calling.  Then they get really rude and ignore my request to identify themselves and keep asking if I am me or in the case of one obnoxious Dayspringer, he said "I'm sorry m'am, I don't give out confidential information until I know I am speaking with the person I am trying to reach.  What a  joke!  Since when is your name, company, and what you are selling "confidential?"  Is he selling porno or illegal drugs or something?  I told him he was full of it and hung up.  You would think that would deter them from calling again, but NO!  They call at all hours of the day and night.  The one time they called at almost 9 PM.  I never quite get the full phone number but I think it is that 727 area code.  So I tried to *69 the number so I can write it down and when I do it connects me back to them and I get a recording saying they cannot take my call right now and to leave a message.  Oh, I left a message alright.  What I don't understand is why *69 reconnects me.  I thought *69 just gives me the information of the last incoming call.

Doesn't pick up the phone; left message to take off the list.  Don't give out this number either.

In Ontario, Canada,  rec'd a call asking us to call Mr. Wayne Torres at 888-476-7971, however the call came from 727-233-4073.  Something about our house, don't know what exactly.  They left a message on the machine - I have not called either number.  Am going to report to the National Do Not Call List.

some company saying they are with federal bank and they can help lower your credit card debt.told them they had the wrong number.

Got a call this morning and they wanted to speak to my mother who is eldery and I screen all her calls, the woman on the phone would not give me any info about why she wanted to speak to my mom and then hung up.

Called and left no message. This one is getting saved to my a***ole listings and assigned the No Ring option.
These people need to just die in a fire already.

I used to work for this company. It is a debt settlement company, they call to offer you a program that helps you get out of debt. If you want them to stop calling just answer and say please put me on your do not call list. Or call back and leave a message WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER saying you would like to be put on the do not call list. If you do this they will stop calling. When I worked there it was quite entertaining to hear messages from angry people that would say stop calling but they would never leave there phone number so we didn't know who to stop calling.

Received a call the other day and spoke with a very nice representative who was conducting a survey to see if I was aware of the Government of Ontario's Micro-Fit program which is a program sponsored by the government involving solar panels installed on ones roof and energy is sold back to the grid thereby saving the consumer money on their monthly hyrdo bill.

They have been calling our home for the last week or so. If I don't recognize the caller,or if it comes up unknown name, etc. I don't answer them. I believe if it is a legitimate caller, then they would not need to be deleting their name. Get real companies, we have the option to answer or not and I choose not to.

They told me they could help me get out of foreclosure.  I am not in foreclosure.  I asked my mortgage company if they had put me on some list and they said no.  Think dayspring is a scam

Called left no message.  I called back and got a message saying you have reached Dayspring Consultants.

Called and left no message. I'm about ready to go Amish and dispense with the phone altogether.

03/12/10 - Called and just hung up wasting my time and minutes.  Nothing was said at all.

These guys called me just past 8:00pm.  If they are telemarketers, they're pretty crappy.  If they're bill collectors, they're wasting their time ... (No, really, newborn kids are expensive).
