These phone calls are starting to tick us off. I have a feeling that it has to do with timeshares or something because after we had signed up for a Wyndam timeshare and cancelled during the grace period, we have been getting junk calls regarding timeshare exchanges and this call comes everyday.never get a live person.

They have been calling my work phone for about a year....I never pick up and they never leave a message!!

I get this call every weekday, but I don't pick up.  I've never signed up for a Wyndam timeshare.  That said, I got this number some 3 years ago and spent a year politely telling collection agencies that "Mark" doesn't have this phone number. No message is left

They need to get thrown in jail.  Register at 1-800 do not call.  They called me and when I told them I was registered the lady says,  "Oh I am scared"  and hangs up.  This is not a reputable company nor are they probably legitimate.

Get three calls a day, always hangs up when answered

Rude... swore at me when I said do not call this number again.  I have received calls morning and night for several weeks now.  And the woman on the other end said... she would keep calling me now since I finally blew up at her.  This is wrong.  I do not want to do business with this company... I will never do business with this company... so stop calling.  I have already contact the AG in OK and reported this latest incident since I am on the no-call list... which apparently does no good.  And now I believe this person to be calling from a personal cell phone.  I have two numbers bugging me... and the calls are averaging about every 2-3 hours.

This number is for Calyspo Cay. I believe they are either a vacation agency or timeshare condos.

We are in Middlesex County, NJ and have been getting hang ups for a long time, even after being on the do not call list since inception. When these calls start, they all have a pattern where the phone will ring more than once a day, about the same time each day but off by about 20-30 minutes. Eventually someone actually comes on the call after you say hello and it is usually someone claiming to be from the state police, PBA, or a company wanting you to mail requests for donations to your friends and neighbors for diabetes, breast cancer and so on. About one month ago, we got caller ID and now we can see this particular phone number pops up alot. No one has spoken when we accidentally pick up. Just a click or nothing. Tried calling the number back to see who it is but all you get is the sound of the key pad tones rapidly sounding back in your ear every few seconds. No ring - no one picks up. It is definitely Florida and I will bet has to do with timeshares. We own one and have used others. Every once in a while one of those type companies call but none are as annoying as this one number.

No idea keeps calling and hanging up

I called Verizon and they told me this company keeps doing this is a Florida-based Time Share Telemarketing company and they do this to a lot of people. They hang up as soon as I answer. They call every day for a month, sometimes three times a day.

When you try to call them back, they are somehow able to make the call go to some random number. Verizon told me to report to FCC, please take the time to do this too. I was able to log in all the times they call from my caller ID. It takes some time to fill out the reports but FCC will go after them. They helped me before. Most people are too busy or lazy and these unethical harassers get away with this crap, lets get them!

I was thinking we got disconnected, I hatwe these ppl.
I am already having a very very hard time and this is pissin me off.
If I get a live person I will cuss them out so bad none of u will ever get call again.

Keep getting a call numerous times a day from this number no one ever answers always dead air

727-799-2652, 727-247-1000 , and  802-681-4148 are RKF SOLUTIONS LLC a time share real estate telemarketing company out of St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Pinellas Park. In press releases they are known as ?Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF), the nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and investment sales?

This number will not stop calling my phone.  I am registered with the 'do not call list" and it still gets through no matter what I do.  How do I get rid of this annoying #?

General note:
If you say "Do not call me again" they can still have other people call you and or sell / pass your number to other companies and advertisers who can also call you.
Suggestion: Politely sound interested, ask about the company name and who you are talking to, write them both down along with their number, then state "Please put my phone number on your do not call list." Every telemarketer is supposed to maintain a "Do not call list" along side of the list they are calling from. I believe they are also legally required to check (scrub their own list) against a national do not call list (www.donotcall.gov). You can read up on the law and file complaints here as well.
Be aware that once you call a company, they have the right to call you back and try to sell you stuff until you tell them ?Please put my phone number on your do not call list.? Don?t forget to record the name, number, and date when you had this discussion and when you asked them to add your name to their do not call list. If they call again, report them.

I read on the do-not-call web site you can fill a complant as long as you have not had any dealing with the company.  The do-not call web address is as follows www.donotcall.gov . Good luck

I have done a little more checking and found that it comes up as a unlisted number.  Some the infromation I found showed that the provider is SBC long Distance Lic and I can not fine any bussniess address, E-mail address, or WEB site for the company. By the way I do not belong to RCI and the people I have my time share through are not members.

Phone rings and no person or machine at other end

These people call two an three times a day, they need to stop. We are not intrested.

We have been getting these calls for days now, 5 today, we also belong to RCI!  HMMM, when I did the reverse phone lookup, it says they are in New Port Richey, FLA?

I received 4 calls a day from these idiot's. I asked that i be removed and was told that he would remove from his list but that my number would go on someone else's list and i would be called twice as much, I responded by advising him that once the FCC heard of this and the number i have on my caller id he better think twice about calling back, he said oh!, Click!" I'm going to follow up with the FCC to find out what i can do...

Keep getting 1-2 calls a day from 727-247-1000 - never anyone on the other end. Such a violation! I'm on "National Do Not Call" list. What to do??

I am a Wyndham member and for the first time last week I started using RCI.  I just now received a call from this number for the first time.  I didn't answer the phone - went directly to this website first.  Glad I didn't answer - seems like somebody is selling phone numbers.  Ugh!

Received it too and I am a wyndham and rci member as well!!
