Hello
Yes my name is Jim Sprecher owner of GSA applications or you may know me from Federal Verification Co., Inc. in Clearwater, FL. Let me start off by saying thanks to all of my attorneys keeping me out of jail, and showing me how to file bankruptcy so that all the card holders and past workers can’t get their money back and I would also like to thank Pam Bondi’s office for taking my check for $250,000. I guess that’s what I have to pay in order to make this go away. I gave her office a bribe for my freedom. Now for the rest of you dummies at the I-team, Jackie Callaway AG Economic Crimes Unit of Tampa, and the FBI get lost. You don’t have anything on me and you all already know that. Go ahead and put taps on our phones. You and Pam Bondi’s Office can’t do one thing to stop me from running my companies the way I have been. I am getting more telemarketers, more offices to make more money than I ever have, and why not? No one is going to do anything about it. My office gave you a contract and if you did not follow that contract then we keep the money and that’s the bottom line. Yes my family and I live well, real well. For all of you dummies that keep calling the office for a refund, look in the contract you signed. For 2017 this is going to be our biggest year yet for sales. More programs we offer from the government, the more money we make. If anyone would like to talk to me my number is 727-744-5382.

I wanted to let you know that the Florida Attorney General filed a lawsuit against the firm late yesterday in state court in Pinellas County, citing violations of state law for deceptive practices and seeking an injunction to halt their operations.

This is for lauren & former employee & anyone else that wants to defend these scabs. Yes, I called them scabs because any company that calls residential people without proper identification on the caller id & then when you answer, there is no one there, then they are scabs. Plan & simple, if they dont have the decency to at least say something once you answer, then they are up to something & I feel sorry for the naive ones who actually gave money to these robbers. This number has popped up on my caller id a few times & they wont leave a message if I'm not here, nor will they say anything if I am here. Whay do they conduct themselves like this if they are such a reputable company? They are not. They are just looking for some suckers {lauren?} to give them money & imagine if they can get just 500 suckers on a monthly basis? I think I will start me a company like that. It seems there are plenty of suckers out there.

GSA Applications / Federal Verifications - something smells fishy..... Word on the street is a bankruptcy is looming and then a relaunch under Stella Collins with a company name of Creative Concept Groups.
Stella is mistress of Jim Sprecher - he won't marry her..... Jim is the owner and scammer of GSA Applicaitions, his daughter, Pam Sprecher, runs the Processing Department to insure it goes the way the boss wants it. She can cover up any story and try to charm you with her lack of business intelligence....
Sarah Tupper - she runs another company under her SSN, probably isn't registered with the state... this is another one of their MOSs. Have employees create names under their SSN to throw people off....
I am directing everyone to the Congresswoman on this case with the Attorney General and ABC Action Team News:

Our company was just contacted today by Nu Cen-tury Inc. I've been trying to research them. Do you know anything about them or can you where I can look for additional information?

Funny, your victims might do the same thing as well. How do we tell the difference? Well, when paid shills for GSA make fake positive posts on this site, it speaks volumes about the scummy nature of their business. See all those posts the admins took down?
Not convincing enough?
Legitimate companies don't have to pay people to come on sites like this and try to claim IT'S NOT A SCAM. Invariably that means it IS a scam. And in GSA's case, a damned filthy one at that.
You're selling services that have no value. When you're victims figure that out, they warn others. When sites like this make it hard for you to find new victims, you come on the site and try to control the damage.
FAIL.
Hey Ashley 2012-02-15 00:35:00 Unknown
Ashley,
A lot of these people complaining about GSA Preview also do GSA services for way more money. How would I help my business if I was charging too much money? I would go after the biggest GSA consulting company, call them frauds, post all their numbers on 800notes to say they are frauds and do everything I could including posting misleading articles saying that GSA Preview is under investigation when it's actually true - however investigation does not imply any criminal wrongdoing.
If you get in a fender bender, with nobody getting hurt, the cops show up and write a report right? They are investigating it to make a decision later on to criminally charge somebody or give a citation for a traffic violation.

I have been getting calls from companies like this indicating that my Architecture firm can "get listed on GSA Schedules", when in fact GSA clearly states:
May I use GSA Schedule contracts to acquire Architect-Engineer (A/E) services?
No. The GSA Schedules Program may not be used to acquire services that are subject to the procedures of FAR 36.6, Architect-Engineer Services.
Moreover, in each of the calls I received, the caller would not indicate the name of their company, and
their 800 number is unlisted. It's a racket.

False statements!!!! What about your company saying I could get the contract completed in 30-60 days!!! It has taken almost a year and still nothing. Your company is the one making false statements.

Guys,
Anybody here as any info about the company www.gsafasttrack.com ? Is this a scam too.

Attorney Gen. office: Bob Mahlburg at 813-287-7950 or Robert.Mahlburg@myfloridalegal.com wants to know if you've been scammed. They have too many complaints about GSA 1000/GSA Preview/GSA Application Services and their other companies that supposedly sell ads that government agencies use. They were shut down under company name FEMA Today because they were lying about agencies utilizing their publications. They make up names using agency names to get you to purchase an ad. They owners are convicted felons. go to www.ripoffreport.com and search GSA 1000 and you will find the names of the real owners and search B2G Institute. It is scary after reading the info there. It is said these are the same owner/partners of this company! They apparently shut or bankrupt one company and simply start another company with another name. They have over 40 complaints with the west florida bbb yet only approves (what they say) 100 applications a year but take money from thousands! Do not give them a dime and if you are so inclined to do business, you better select the RECENT clients to call and call many! They have their employees scan the internet to rebute all negative comments by us small businesses who have been scammed by them; they even pose as happy customers!! BUYER BEWARE. Some post said there is a national association of govt contractors that assist us small businesses so contact them and don't waste your money with this company who will probably be shut down soon but i am sure will start back up under yet another name with other figureheads!
TP 2010-10-06 13:24:20 Unknown
This is a very good explaination. I have had Government contracts for well over forty years and it takes a lot more get in to service their business than just getting someone to complete a schedule for you. They don't just do business with you because they see your name or your schedule..
give me a break... 2010-08-25 02:32:40 Unknown
Robin, your company is not the number one processor in the country. That is the funniest thing I have heard to date. First of all, GSA will not give references for Consultanting. They can't. Your company took on more than you can handle and you have made a terrible name for yourselves in the process.
It is unfortunate.
Brooke 2010-08-25 02:21:34 Unknown
Not every company out of Florida is GSA Preview or whatever they are calling themselves these days. Nu Cen-tury Inc is NOT associated in any way with them and they are even in the same city as them.
Brooke 2010-08-25 02:10:49 Unknown
Sharon,
Talk about hiding your identity. There is not a Sharon that works at GSA Preview. Trust me I know. This is getting ridiculous. The refences are real. They don't use employees. The consultants/processors who do the work build relationships with their customers and get letters of refence. The problem is getting too many files and not being able to handle the work load. I don't recommend the company however I can guarantee you that the letters are real and some customers get the service they expected.
Brooke 2010-08-25 01:49:34 Unknown
Yo, you don't know what you are talking about. You must have sold the product(s)/services commercially within your current Commercial pricelist. Most companies change the CPL every 12 months however in todays economy some companies have not change their prices for 2 years.
Brooke 2010-08-25 01:43:21 Unknown
PA,
They are known for not telling people everything. Again, if there is a NO refund policy don't do business with them.
Brooke 2010-08-25 01:39:32 Unknown
GSA is not the government. It is a business that acts as an avenue between small businessess and Government agencies. This company does consultant and some employees do what they are supposed to do. Some have great relationships with contracting officers at GSA. However, the good does not weigh out the bad unfortunately. GSA will not refer any consultanting company to assist in getting your GSA contract. They only promote PTAC. PTAC is no as knowledgeable as you would expect or want them to be either. You take your chances with ant company you go with to help you with the paperwork. Do research and go with your gut. If a company does not offer or refuse to give refunds most likely they are not the most honest company and probably not someone you want to do business wIth. Look for a company that backs what they say with money back guarantee. Nu Cen-Tury Inc in Oldsmar, Fl. Offers money back guarantee. As well as a couple other companies in the U.S. There are not many though. GSA Preview has NOT been in business for 15 years unless you are counting all the other names this company has had. That speaks volumes as well. Why do you need to change your name so many times? By the way, Maryann over there would never say she worked for the government and she is not a telemarketer. She happens to be one of the best processors over there and knows her stuff. Educate yourself before you speak.
Yo 2010-08-10 15:39:57 Unknown
You can sell anything you list to GSA. You have to have a record of selling items in your specific category and it could be sold to anyone. If you sell widgets and they come in six sizes but you only sold 4, you can still list all six. Ask GSA and they will tell you.
Joe G 2010-07-21 03:26:33 Unknown
Honestly, Kevin, you're back - again?? This is the same tired garbage that you have been posting for months. You talk about integrity, but clearly you have none. You have posted under 15 aliases (just counting ones that I have been able to identify) and often falsely identify yourself as a customer. Is that your idea of honesty and integrity?
tired of idiots 2010-07-13 19:24:37 Unknown
Yeah, good thing you followed this pack of morons.
JUST BECAUSE IT'S A PHONE CALL DOES NOT MEAN IT'S A SCAM. Lot's of legitimate companies market their services and products this way. I've sat here and read five pages of people calling this company a scam just because that is how they choose to market their services, it is idiotic to make an assumption like that just because you got a phone call and then got on this site where anyone can write anything and NONE OF IT IS VERIFIABLE. It is so frustrating because my husband works for this company, they have a huge building and hundreds of employees and have been in business in this community for over 15 years. If it was a scam they would have been investigated and shut down many years ago. My husband and many others are now having difficulty making a living because of sites like this and others where it is so obvious that the posters are either former employees or competitors who can just get on there and spew any old thing they want AND NONE OF IT IS VERIFIABLE but people believe it.
tired of idiots 2010-07-13 19:08:17 Unknown
Boy are you smart, yeah good thing you found this page withh all these other geniuses who think that just because a company markets it's services by business to business direct marketing it is a scam
