I heard this type of calls from a friend,saying she owes this company of such amount and they are willing to negotiate for less,but my friend for fact know that she never owe's anybody.this is a scam!!!

I receive periodic calls from this number, but they never leave a message. Caller ID just says "Clearwater FL" so I have no idea who it is. If it were a legitimate sales/marketing call, they would leave some kind of message.

Received a call from this number. She claimed it was some Be Happy Theater Foundation. Never heard of this.
Sounds like a scam.
