I keep getting the same calls from who they say are VCA (727-330-9492)..... I live in Florida and this is a St Petersburg area code. I just don't answer let the vm pick up.

These rude people call me looking for someone that I know, but, I keep telling them to stop callng me as I do not owe ANYBODY any money.  They threaten and refuse to stop calling.  This morning, saturday, at 10AM I received another call from the same company using a different telephone number 1-386-944-0745 with caller ID stating they are Starnet Inc,  They are the same heavy handed bill collectors and I keep telling them to take my phone number out of their system to no avail.  I am about to report them to the FCC and the State Do Not Call center as my phones are listed on the Do Not Call List.

Dont know whos calling or why or the person they are asking for.

I just received 2 calls from 727 330 9492 indicating  VCA...with a recording message attached.
I googled this number and it comes from Clearwater, FL and the guy name ( Antwon) said they have removed my number but the calls keep coming.
They are calling my employment with " threatening file case numbers" and ACTION pending messages.
These people are SCAMMERS they can get your personal information from ANYWHERE these days if you do any business online.. Please be careful and mindful on the NET.
What really put up a " red flag" I got another call from a Atlanta number indicating the SAME recording threat message with a DIFFERENT lady this go around.

The best thing to do is " google" the incoming number before " providing any information over the phone.

These people keep calling and usually leave no message, but today they did.  They identified themselves as Vandenberg Chase & Associates.  Earlier this month they would call 3 times a minute and hang up.  I contacted a "stop harrassing phone calls" free lawyer in Los Angeles, but didn't have to use them because Vandenberg stopped calling.  Now they just call once a day.  I have MagicJack and let the computer answer the calls.  I have the telephone ringer turned off so I have no interruptions.  I just check the Caller ID log occasionally and return calls I recognize.  The rest I google and that's that!

These people ate crazy - they're calling me every 15 seconds and not leaving a message!  Thank God I have MagicJack and can turn off the phone ringing and still see who's calling.  727-330-9492 has been calling me for about a week now and still I don't know what or who they want.  According to other replies and comments on this great site and by reverse lookup on the internet this number belongs to Vandenburg Chase & Associates, debt collectors.  I'll check next to see where the 727 area code is.

Just got a call from this number, cell phone tagged it as from Clearwater, FL.  I don't answer numbers not programmed into my phone but they left a voice mail.  The computerized voice said they were from Vandenburg, Chase, & Associates and to call them back at 888-566-8008.  When I Google'd the return number I found a link to J & J Insurance, LLC as well as several links listing this return number as a cell phone in India.  I've had problems in the last month with other suspect calls from 'local' numbers (I'm in Florida) in which a gentleman with an Indian accent called me about some 'legal case' and when i refused to give him the information he asked me to verify he proceeded to 'stalk' me on Facebook and then proceeded to use profanity and speak to me in a very vulgar way (use your imagination).  I have a current active case with the local Sheriff's Department for verbal and sexual harassment, so please be careful if you get calls from these type of numbers.

Am getting the same calls and leaving threatening messages of some sort of investigation with some mans voice.  Do not ask for any one person on my voice mail and just leaves these voice recording of a threatening court order/legal matter and have looked up my info and have nothing.  Can't get them to stop calling and my numbers are all on DO NOT CALL LIST.  Register yearly on entire family, still does not stop this number or people, who ever they are.  Any assistance on how to sue them for harrasment would be great!!  Good luck everyone with these idiots...

Went to this website- found their "contact us" link- emailed to please stop calls and can send info by mail if they have business with us. Received a very prompt and courteous reply form the gentleman listed above saying that per guidelines of FDCPA they had put us on written notice only. Very easy.

These people keep calling my cell and home phone. They are crazy in the head. What in the hell is wrong with you.You call my home and cell and ask for a Clesha Henry and there is no one by that first and last name and how you got my cell phone too.  My cell phone is not even in my name and it is for work only. you are dangerous and have no respect for anyone or anybody. I don't want any part of you. You are being reported to the federal trade commisions and the national do not call list.

they keep calling. I don't answer anymore. I'm looking for a call block app for my cell. They call 2x's yesterday and 2x's today.

they keep calling with a recorded message for someone I never heard of.  They always say this is the last opportunity and in 48 hours the case will be turned over to some more serious status. This has been going on for months, but the calls are coming more frequently.  I received three this afternoon alone.  I am not sure what they are calling about, but suspect debt collector. Oh, and when I call back either the number they called on or the one they cited in the message, there is only static, faint classical music and NOTHING else.

Threatening call from Vandenberg Chase re: "serious matter."  I have told these people over and over that they have the wrong party--I have even done my own research and given them all kinds of info on the party they are looking for, but I continue to receive these calls, from various parts of the country.

How do they get my cell number? Who are they?
