Simply do not answer the phone if it is not a call from someone you know. NO ONE is EVER going to call you up and GIVE you anything. They care calling trying to GET something, your money.
Stop answering the phone.

These phuqers keep calling and I keep sending them to my 'silent ringtone' list...........never to be answered.

Called, left automated voice message about "lowering your rates." Added to Silent Ring list.

These scumbags tried calling our landline but we didn't answer due to suspicious reading on caller-ID. Ran the number on a reverse number lookup website & note it's a VoIP being routed thru Clearwater FL.

One more of the same. "Jennifer" wants to lower my interest rates.....

Almost answred this ad its a local number in my area. Vm. As usu was partially cut off but it was something about credit cards same as other people mention.

Got a call from 727-474-4054 today at around 11:30 a.m.. Didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number.

I've also been getting calls twice a day from Sirius-XM 866-409-3996. Had an account with them years ago and they keep calling anyway. They won't leave a message so I guess they aren't serious! Just serious a**les!

Keep adding these numbers to your DOUCHE contact list and assign it a 'silent' ring tone.

This is what citizens have to put up with when Homeland Security considers the TSA more important for catching terrorists than all the robocallers who are inundating people's personal phones.

Why can't they set an example and make illegal robocallers enjoy a mandatory prison sentence so they will leave us all the fark alone.

All these people do is try to scam you from one different phone number to another.

Wife answered, CC rate reduction, the number is now blocked permanently, but they will get another.

Caller ID says UNKNOWN.  These people are legally supposed to identify themselves, but I wouldn't expect anything legal from anyone linked to a certain website that is selling personal information.  I've never used or owned a credit card, so how could I have credit card debt?

After reading all of the comments here I am now blocking this number.  I had gotten a few calls from this number but since it came up as a number without a name I didn't answer the call.

I do not have a credit card and am not interested in having one, no matter what the interest rate is. People who harass people with unwanted phone calls should be put on a specialist to receive calls all night long, or whenever they need peace and quiet.  I hope you are proud of your unprofessionalism!

Can someone tell us how to stop this harrassment from this number wanting to pay our credit card balance and reduce our pament.  We don't have a credit card.  Please someone do something to stop this.

Called on 3/22 at 11:22am - ID said "Unknown" so did not answer.  Annoying.

Typical robo call about reducing interest rates or some garbage like that...I deleted the voicemail as usual. Caller ID said Clearwater Florida so I didn't even bother to answer it.

It does not matter if you are on the DO NOT CALL Registry; these scumbags call ad nauseum and seems that our wonderful Government watchdogs can do a darn thing about it.  I have called the BBB, the Attorneys General in serveral states and get the same answer from them (not much they can do); I was told by the AG's office in New York state that these people call from 'dead phones' (i.e. they are hard to track) - give me a break!  If the government can tell me when I take a sit-down in my bathroom, surely they can track these people and prosecute them; if they can't then they close these agencies and save the taxpayers some money!

I have found that the DO NOT CALL list is completely useless; and I have also contacted the Attorneys General in several states and have been told that there is little that they can do.  So much for government help for the little guy!

Everyone is on the Do Not Call List!   It is NOT A CALL BLOCKER.  It's a list.  Scammers such as this don't care about the list or the law.  They will call you anytime they want and there is nothing the Do Not Call list can do to stop it.   It is just a list!    Not until enough complaints have been filed with the DNC/FTC and they have had enough time and collect enough evidence to pursue and prosecute.   File a complaint with the dnc or  go to the site and opt out of the service.

It was bad enough to have "Heather" from credit card services always calling, now we have to deal with "Jennifer" from there!!!
