I suppose one encouraging fact about these, if what they were doing was working, you wouldn't be getting calls from them over and over again, they'd be too busy cleaning carpets or counting their money if they're just crooks.  And in my case, I've a 702 number, but am not in Vegas, or for that matter, even in Nevada-- area codes don't mean anything anymore.

Yes, they routinely break Federal Law by ignoring the Federal Do Not Call Registry.  They can get away with it because the law is not enforced apparently if it has been years and they are still doing this.

Caller is carpet cleaning company.  Calls frequently.  Since I'm on the great DO NOT CALL LIST, I just ignore it.  

I'm so glad I looked this up I received a call from that # today, didn't answer. But used my office phone to return the call, and got some unable to connect recording or something. So now I know why all the annoying phone robo calls from that carpet cleaning company  stopped. Now I have this to contend with Tommy Tu tone getting in my head .

I have received this call before. Now I'm writing down date and time every time they call me. I will be going after them.  I am on the not call list, also for years. Everyone needs to keep a record of these calls to be able to prepare a case against them. There are ways to go after them and they would have to pay you $500. for each violations they commit. How many times can they pay fines and stay in business as a telemarketer? Find out on-line how to sue telemarketers, all the info is on-line. If we all go after them, I mean any of them we can take them down.

Says it's a carpet cleaning business with a very load and annoying mans recording. Push 2 to talk to someone or push 9 to be removed from list. I pushed 9 and they said I was removed. somehow I think I should not have pushed anything as I think it was just a fishing robo call to see if this line is active. I called it back and it says it's a disconnected number, which now confirms it's a robo call fishing scam.

Exactly what we think. They keep calling and I believe they are calling our number because of the area we live in. They are targeting $$$$. Thinking home invasion, break-in, robberies?????

That is the first thing I thought. They are rude, pushy and are basicallu trying to force you to get your caropets cleaned. When you call to cancel they get angry and keep calling and harassing you. I think they just wanted to get in and look around the house. WQe live in Summerlin and I am usually home alone most of the day with my 4 kids when my husband works or travels and now that I am thinking about it... if home invasions or robberies start to occur in this area---I hope people will all know who to look at first! Why are they still calling me after my husband told them to forget about it and never call back? I now feel very threatened, annoyed and worried. Should we all start filing complaints with bbb and/or PD?

Recognized the number from the song, but that was a long, long, LONG time ago. Now, it's not Jenny, it's just another scum-sucking telemarketer.

Very strange, missed this call and with no message left, I called it back and the number is invalid. Pointless

It would be a good idea to sign up for the service, so that when they send a physical person to the house for the cleaning, to not find carpet, but want to see a live person to get the company name to sue as part of a class action lawsuit,  we are on a do no call list, a violation. The company will then need to fork over the robo call advertisers name and we will sue both parties as violators.

Yet they might not come over and clean the carpets, they're casing your house and in a few weeks they'll send in a crew when you're away and clean you out!

This number calls every hour, sometimes 2x an hour, everyday.  There is no way to contact them to stop call this business line.
