I am receiving multiple calls from 727 481 9873. They play a recorded "Very Important" message stating that they represent Progress Energy and urging me to subscribe to a energy program of some sort financed by some tax grant. Even the caller ID says "ProgressEnergy" when they call. Is this not fraud ?
