not a call we answered, nor did the caller leave a voicemail message . . . hope to receive no further calls from this number

They actually send me an email (although this is the wrong property, wrong State, etc., not mine.  Here is the email:

This is obviously a scam, they probably make $699 for listing your property.  I've never had any agent before ask for any money from a seller.

Whoops, now they do have a web site at:   www.unitedstatespropertyservices.com  
and all of a supdden it's different from the www.propertyservicesltd.com site they gave me before.  That must have been their old one that was closed down.

They called me telling me to ask $28,000 for a piece of land I own.  They said they now have three different buyers that want to make an offer.  I was told buyer pays all closing costs and there is no cost to me except to deposit $699 so I don't sell it out from under the buyers.  I get the $699 back when the deal closes.  They asked for my credit card number.  Dahh, I wasn't born under a turnip truck.

I asked for their web site and was told it was: www.propertyservicesltd.com which didn't pull up at all.  I asked them to send me an email with it. Received nothing yet.  Found this site by entering their phone number.  THey also use 1-727-490-1474.

John, Properties Services Limited on propery I own in AZ  Call 888-822-3583 X214.  I get these calls at least 2-3 times a year and ignore them.  I looked them up online and realized they are looking to post property for sell at a fee.

This number and 490 1475 contnue to call me. They offer 15 grand for a lot that i own, but what really is happening is they want 600 bucks to post my property on their website. i called my real estate agent and the lot is really only worth around 8 grand. So they make their 600, overprice the lot, and if it never sells then its not their loss. Not to mention the 30 minute speel you listen to, buttering you up, before they want a credit card number. HUGE SCAM!!!! pretty clever though.

I got the same call about my arkansas property.It's a scam.They wanted a credit card number

Desperation must be setting in: 01/08/09, 01/09/09, 01/14/09, voice mail also on 01/14/09 (twice) and again today, 01/20/09.  It was Tabitha and jeremy leaving messages.  Jeremy had a couple of people interested in the area and Tabitha wanting to know if I was willing to sell my three AR properties.  I was offered $15K for each property when I did answer on 01/08/09 and I told them IF I was interested I would contact them.  Caller ID identified calling numbers as 727-231-0096, 727-490-1473 and 727-490-1474 - all messages advised me to call 888-822-3583 either extension 224 or 211.  I never gave them the opportunity to spew their speel :-)

They call, no one talks.

we are on the "do not call" list, but receive repeat calling from st petersburg, fl. (727-490-1473) which we do not answer.
