He said I won a Florida vacation, very suspicious since he wanted my credit number right away (yeah, right!), as soon as I questioned him he got very rude. BIG scam I am sure!

this guy called me as well, he said i had won a trip that i regestered for at at the dixie classic fair to florida. he said i was on air that he was some dj. he told me how much it would cost (198.00) that all he needed was my credit card num. when i told him my wife had the card he said that he would get back to me then hung up the phone.

This guy is very rude.  He told me we won a 3 day disney trip.  He said he had to give me all the information and would not be able to call me back, because he was calling me through a computer.  After questioning him further and saying this sounded like a scam, he got mad and hung up.  This guys is a scam artist.  BEWARE.

A male with a heavy southern accent called from this number tonight, my wife answered and he asked for me. When she told him I wasn't here, he rudely said he'll call back and hung up...sounds like some dork pulling a scam to me

i have also got numerous calls from this number sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. my friends have told him he has the wrong number but he will not stop calling

I am on a "Do NOT Call List".  Unfortunately these people called me but I didn't answer because I always check to see who is calling first.  Did not leave a voice mail...  Funny thing thou, in our business, we actually give away free (what we call) mini-vacation.  Which is a 2 night vacation in desinated locations.  That is if these people buy our products.   We do this because it is an investment knowing that most people actually enjoy our products and so in the long run, when they continue to be our customer, we make money.  Some even join our team.  Point being?  Well no one gives you anything for free without a catch to it or... Or.... OR.... a SCAM / CON / What Have You!  Suggestions?  Don't fall for it folks unless you check into it first and make sure it is a legitimate business!  Need proof?  Check out the Better Business Bureau web site.  We are a member there and have a rating of A+ meaning a legetimate business with no complaints.  In fact positive responses :)  They aren't a member of BBB?  must be a reason, don't you think?  Careful folks.

this # has called me almost every morning for at least 3 weeks straight, leaving no voicemails. I am always at work, so I have never answered. I tried to call it back once and it just rang and rang.

My story is the same as everyone elses. Filled out a form at the fall fair and this dude had all my info and he told me I won a trip and so on. I am actually kind of , well pretty mad the company I fill out the form for (home depot) would sell my info. . My baby started to cry and he hung up. I called back and he hung up on me again. Rude a hole he is. Get a life dude!!

Call from David Crane from Paradise Resorts and Acommodations saying that we filled in a ballot at the local fall fair, which we did but for the home depot, and were selected for this amazing vacation deal from Ramada: 3 nights Orlando Main gate Disney, 2 nights Daytona Beach, 2 nights Fort lauderdale and Bonus 4 day 3 nights Island Palm Bahamas for $149/person or $298 for two people with a 3rd and 4th person for free.  He knew lots of personal information: name,age,occupation,cell #, home # and home address, very convincing but definately a scam.  Do not give any credit card information.

This guy gave us the whole sales pitch and at the end asked for our VISA card number and we said sorry we don't give that info over the phone we'd like to look this up first he said that he needed this info right away to save the vacation for us, My wife first said no and he asked to speek with me and I said no I'm not gibing out my VISA over the phone, he said that my wife won an idiot, my wife said hey you're being rude and he hung up. I tried calling him back but no awnser. This guy has a lot of mouth but no balls.

Yeah I just received a call from him... He said I won the trip from a Bridal Show... I did attend the show and fill out an entry form for the trip... When he called he told me about it... Then asked my age... and my fiance's... Then said he will transfer me to another agent and will mail me the info... but then never transferredd me and he rudely hung up... All I have to say is he is lucky he didn't cuss at me like he has done to the many other of u... He wouldve had a rude awakening

Tonight I received a phone call. I never signed up anywhere for anything. I told him since I was just released prison, I was compleatly surprized to win their free trip. When asked for my credit card information, I told him we would have to call my parole officer and give him the dates of travel to see if could leave the state. He hung up on me and after I was told I WON the trip. An x-con can't get a break in this world

Same call tonight as well. He said his name was Rick. DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR ADRESS. TELL HIM THAT WHATEVER ADRESSS HE HAS IS NOT YOUR REAL ADRESS

So this guy calls me and asks for me, because I don't know who it is I said I was not home.  so, he hangs up on me.  The second call the same thing.  Who every this guy is, he is very rude and is a jerk.  Well, now I have called the number back and got a busy number.  So I kept calling back until the number wasn't busy anymore.  Now no one answers the phone it just keeps ringing.  Finally a recording picks up the phone and says they are having techincal diff. and then hung up on me.

my mom got a call from this same number. This guy  was very rude didnt say his name clear and hung up . My mom got angy told dad someone very rude called 4 you   he thought it was someone he worked with then he called again and angrily said asked if dad was here i said sorry no he isnt then he said jack*** and hung up .we called him and it was bussy and then we called again and no one awsered .

I was skeptical of this "prize" when the message he left said I needed to call by 2pm or my winnings would be given to the runner up... Legitimate contests will usually give you minumum 48hrs-10 days to claim your prize and foremost will never ask you for a cent!  After calling back and giving him the benefit of the doubt I listened to the itenerary and was told that I "didn't sound very excited" to which I responded that it sounded like there was going to be a cost associated to which he huffily told me "You would pay over $1000 in taxes for a trip like this" and then he gave me his "bargain" price and I said "I don't think this is something we are interested in" to which he angrily responed, "Fine then the first runner up will get it." and hung up on me.   I was a little shocked at how rude he was, but after reading other posts I guess I'm glad he didn't call me obsenities.  I don't care if someone wants to market cheap vacations but don't tell me I won something & then expect a cent from me... if there are taxes I will pay them to the government... not you.

A guy called my cell phone and said I had won a trip to the Caribbean and I need a pen and paper to write down information because once he make?s contact there will be no further contact. (I imagine so with a SCAM!) He told me I had 12 months to go, but an extension can be granted, and I needed to report to main gate in Orlando. He then mentioned something about 2 for 1 tickets from Madison to Orlando. He said he had a cottage up in Montello, WI and lives in Deforest, WI. He said I would probable have to fly out of Madison because Montello would not have a big enough hub (it does not even have an airport and the town only has one stoplight). He told me I did not sound very excited for winning a trip, and I told him I don?t recall even signing up for it. He said that is ok we can give it to the runner up and then he got angry and hung up. I spoke to my wife after the call and she said she filled out an entry slip with my name on it at a Country USA booth. The same phone number was a missed call on my wife phone the night before.

I have got a phone call from Florida travel the same scam as with other people. On the end he told me I am retarded after asking him few questions. He hung up on me. I called back the phone was busy. This is a scam and this person should be in jail.

ATTENDED BAYFEST GREEN BAY, WI.  i should have listened to my instincts. Instead, I signed up for this "dream vacation" and got the same con-artist call. Rude and obnoxious jerk! I said is this real or is this a scam? He said, "yea, it's a scam!", and he hung up on me.  I got a busy signal when I called back.  How do crooks like this get into these events?!

Phone call tonight from a guy named "Rick."  Caller ID said Florida Travel and phone 727-526-8233.  He wanted to speak to my wife and wouldn't tell me where he was from or what he wanted.  Said he was calling from "a phone" and offered no further details.  We kept hanging up and he called back like 20 times.  He never gave any sales pitch and eventually called me a jack***.  My wife had signed up for a free vacation at a Pirate Fest recently.  What a scam.

Signed up foolishly at W. Bloomfield, MI Polish Festival- I'll be reporting his scam set-up to them (with these emails) to make sure he's not allowed back. Called to say I won 15 days at Disney World. I said, "no way-really!"... and he said I "didn't sound excited enough". Huh? I asked him the name of his firm & he said "no questions til the end" but I "still didn't sound excited enough". When I said I'd been working long hours & was with a friend working on a fundraiser so "sorry, i'm a little pre-occupied" he told me how he's worked 12 hour days for 10 years without a vacation and when I told him I wasn't sure what he meant he hung up. Phone busy or quick hang up when I tried back. Unreal!  So I think everyone should just keep calling him at all hours and see how he feels being harrassed.. stupid idiot doesn't even use a blocked number.

Call offering unbelievable 11 day vacation in Florida and Bahamas for two at $149/person with option of adding two additional people free of charge. Caller stated I had signed up for this at a recent Home Show.

I had attended a Home Show recently and signed up for a few prizes but this was not one that I remember.  I think a vendor at the show is selling contact information to scammers.  The caller asked for the expiration date on my credit card and my credit card number.  I refused and he then said then he couldn't give me the vacation and that we were in a Mexican standoff.  I agreed we were in a standoff and hung up.
The caller says he now lives in Florida but was born and raised in Deforest, WI.  I have filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection

I talked to this guy once and refused the trip. He got our number from a boat show. He continues to call, one night he called six times and I finally answered again and music was playing. This is very annoying!!!!!
