I keep getting calls from this number but don't answer them as I don't know anyone in that area code range.

Have been harrased by calls from this number for months.
Answered months ago, They wanted me to call an overseas phone number. Called phone co.& police, they said it was a scam, but they could not do anything because they keep on changing phone numbers if they would check on it. We had to get caller I.D. to try to control the cituation.

My mother received 3 calls from that number with caller ID:QRI. The person was asking to talk to me. I haven't lived at home since 1984. Must be some sort of scam. Thanks KMS

received 3 calls this evening and answered the 3rd call. i purchased a product on the internet the previous week and they were confirming my order, shipping address, and the last four digits of my credit card. then offered me $40 in gasoline coupons good anywhere in the us. offered me a purchasing discount service for $1 a month which I'm sure would have been charged to my credit card each month. The kicker that really urked me was after 30 days if I didn't respond they would charge me $24.95 a month for what I don't know because I told her forget it, it's a scam and I don't want anything to do with it. She was very pushy so I very sternly repeated that I didn't want anything charged to my credit card other than the purchase I had made and I repeated that twice and then hung up on her. She also advised me in the beginning of the conversation that it would be recorded so I knew it was a sales pitch desquised as "free" offering to me for a $1. I've experienced this before. Keep an eye on your credit card charges and if you see $1 charge, call the number on the charge and cancel whatever this is.
