Repeat calls on my New Cell # - Have asked them to delete my # from their records but still
get calls.????

I've called them three times to ask them to take my numbers out of their rotation and I'm still receiving phone calls.  They call my cell phone, hang up - don't even let me answer it.  Then they call my house phone and do the same thing - then they call my cell again.  
So whoever is responsible for making the calls must be getting paid by the number regardless of if they actually speak to a person - I would count as at least three each time.
I'm going to attempt to call them again and I'm sure I'll keep receiving calls.

Received a call on my unlisted number!

They call my phone a hundred times a day, never leave a message, it 11:51am and they have already called 3 times.  I called the number back and its Everest University in Largo, Fl and I have asked them many times to quit calling and they still do!

Received a call on my home phone and they left no message. Received a call on my cell phone.  They hung up when I answered. Called the number myself and it's "Everest University" in Largo.  Asked them to put both of my numbers on their "Do Not Call List" and she did.
