Was a recording claiming to be from ABS wanting to sale some kind employee employer package. Phone number look up shows the number belongs to:

I APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN FROM A LEGIT WEB SITE ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. DID NOT GET TEH LOAN AFTER SEEING THEIR RATES. I WONDER IF MAYBE THAT WAS A B.S SITE. MAYBE THATS WHERE THEY GOT MY BANKING INFO FROM AS WELL. ANY 1 ELSE DO THE SAME?

oh and i also was told , that if i didnt tell them my intentions, i would be behind bars in 30 minutes..i was totally panicing, my blood pressure rose, and im diabetic, the stress rose my sugar level.. i reported the names and phone numbers and company they said they were to the FTC and BBB.

i too received calls, 3 days in a row, one from 863-450-3428, saying he was officer michael black, saying i had a loan our with cashadvance usa, which i dont,,said it was deposited into my bank acct this year,,wouldnt tell when, just 2011. he knew my bank name, my address, email address and my social.
i called my local police, they came and called this guy ,,and they wouldnt tell him anymore info and hung up on him..i called back and got the options i had,,i could either pay 585.00 now in 14 days, or if its sent to the courthouse,, i will then pay 4 or 5,000. cop told me to erase the call...dont call it back again..if i get mail from them or suspicious new cards or such,,it is identity theft. next day i received another call , different person and phone number, and his message told me i could call back with this 727 #, im very sick of it,,specially since my bank can prove ive never had a direct deposit from who they said i got one from..good luck to you all.. oh and mine said they were from the Legal Dept. of Criminal Investigation..lol but i cant find anything like that..and both were from different areas in Fla.

I received a call from this same number. I could not understand him he said he was from a collection agency which i could not understand. Then he said i owed from a loan which I never took out a loan in my life except for a mortgage. He said I owed $465.00 but he could take off $25.00 if i paid it right away. I told him there's a big mistake. He then yelled at me and said I'll see you in court. So I called back again and the same person answered, swore at me and said we were going to court and I was going to jail.

these people is very bad they trayin to still you money from you by harsing people telling you the you owne mony please becerfull dont give your name

Anyone who reads this .. google What hours bill collectors can call or look up the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. then File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The link is right there and takes 5 minutes to fill out wiht any information you have on this place.

They harass call at all hours and are not following the rules. If everyone reports them there is going to be a nice class action lawsuit against this company.

I called them back then told them to f*** off and hung up. I called back again and said WHO IS THIS, he replied with jibberish then I said I want some info sent to me about this, he then yelled...WHY YOU CALL BACK??? YOU KNOW PAY, YOU GET LAWSUIT!!! DON'T CALL HERE AGAIN...DON'T CALL HERE AGAIN...DON'T CALL HERE AGAIN OR I'LL GET YOU FOR DOUBLE ALLEGATIONS...lol...wtf?!?!

Identical scam--they called me today in Seattle WA.  No idea what it was about, but checked my free credit report anyway (identify theft is always a concern nowadays), and, of course, all is in perfect order. I interrupted his script by asking who he was calling from 3 times--he couldn't answer the question, and kept falling back into his script. Said "do not call here again," and hung up. He immediately called back with a threatening voice message, and said this would be the last call. GOOD!

I received a voice message from someone who could barely speak English yet identified himself as Officer Alan Jones from the American Legal Authority warning me that a lawsuit was pending against my name and my social security number.  He said I needed to call him back in order to stop the proceedings.    Gave me the call back number of 727-756-1632.  The background noise indicated this is a call center. Needless to say, I did not return the call, especially after finding this site.

Callback number for 646-918-8123; Two calls, one from "Mike Thomas" and one from "Gary Moffett" (a 7:57 am).  Same old script.

They Indians trying scam people out of money. They say they are from Law Investigation and they can hardly speak clearly and say your name correctly and they use american names. They are saying that you owe a debt and if you don't call them back they will send it to the local court house or they will have you put in jail. If you notice when they call it its very noisy in the background just let them they are on a recorded line with the FBI and the call is being traced. THey usually will hang up if not just let them know that they will be report to all the authorities.  Federal trade, Local police and the FBI and Homeland Security. Or when they try to say your name tell them the wrong number and hang up.
