I have gotten the calls several times...I just checked it on another site, it is a landline in Florida, it belongs to a woman by the name of Erica Aa. She is probably a telemarketer, and that really annoys me as I have put my name on the Do Not Call List many times as well. So much for that waste of time.

Caller ID now says:  Herrara-Spawn I.  Did not leave message.

Same robo-call from various numbers, multiple times a day.  3 times yesterday, 4 times today.  Sometimes pressing zero gets you a live person, but when I ask where they are calling form they just tell me their rep. ID number (which I think is made up, and doesn't help anyway since they won't say what company).  I get hung up on every time when I ask them to please remove me from their calling list.  They call from (727)771-2851 and (845) 652-1199.  Nobody answers when I called either number.  It either just rings or get busy signal.  I reporter both numbers to the Do Not Call Registry, since my home number is registered.
(Extra phone calls are NOT appreciated when you are struggling with a migraine!)   :(

Got a call from 727-771-2851 tonight. This is a new number but old scam. My phone is blocked by Verizon but I can go online and see who calls. Called me two times in a row. I will NEVER answer. They are ruthless, rude, and wrong.

I would like this number to stop calling my home. I have asked them to stop and told them I was not interested. And they still continue to call at all hours of the day. Sometimes every 15minutes.. It is annoying. I work different hours. So, when the phone rings at 11pm or 12am. I automatically think something is wrong..

My caller i.d. says Aa Erica.

Got two calls today, one at 1:30 pm which I didn't answer, and another at 3:40 pm which I did answer after checking here.  The second message was a robo call which said " This is an urgent message about your gas or electric bill.  Press 1 to talk to a representative, press 9 to be called back later".  After pressing 1 to find out who it was, I was disconnected after 1 minute 20 seconds.  Call was listed in caller ID as Aa Erica.  A web search shows no listing for a company by that name, although I haven't tried Florida's corporation site yet.  This is obviously a violation of TCPA rules, since I have no business relationship with this company and have not given them permission to call me.  Will update this after I contact my local Gas and Electric utility companies next week since they are all on vacation this weekend.

When I got home from work phone started ringing caller ID said Help Dept different number (585-278-1859) I let it ring and then immediately after another call with 727-771-2851 came up AA ERICA on caller ID rang 3x hung up.

Some fellow called supposedly wanting to save us on our electric bill, telling me with a threatening tone in his voice that we hadn't responded to his offer in our last bill and patronizingly asking didn't I want to save?  Gave me a hard time and told me he was going to let me go get my last bill while he waited.  Obviously not connected with our power supplier since he didn't even know that our electric bill does not come to our home address.  Caller ID showed AA Erica.  I think he mentioned Rescom Energy.

have been constantly getting calls from this number...I answer and they hang up...I am trying to alert them to put me on the do not call list.  I call the number back and it is always busy.

Freaking male called me early in the morning needing to speak with person who pays the electric bill.  I told him, "No, you don't."  He was very polite to say thank you, then hang up.  Then I get another call, then a third, with no one responding.  Tried calling back to curse him off, but line is busy.   AA Erica is the name and probably wanted to change out my electrical service.  Dumbass doesn't realize I have solar panels with 100% of my electrical needs met.

RThis number calls constantly. If you tell them you're on a do not call list list ask them not to call they call you from another number. I do not have space left to block another one of their numbers.

Joe, most of these call center operations use what is known as a predictive dialer that calls many numbers at once, far more then there are agents in the call center. Once enough calls are answered, the dialer automatically drops other calls.  In rare circumstances when too many calls are answered at once you will hear several seconds of silence then an automated "goodbye" if no agent is available when you answer.  They operate in this manner to minimize the amount of time their agents are not on the phone with people they have called.  Obviously their time is more important than our time.

Got call on home phone. Did not answer as it rang only 3 times.  No message left.  I'm not sure why they don't let it ring longer as we are senior citizens and can't get to the phone quickly.  We are getting more and more scam calls lately.

Just got back a confirmation from them stating my number has been removed from all of their calling centers and that I will not be receiving any more calls from them or their calling contractors. I will not wait to see if I receive anymore then plan to sue their a***s!

The information of these people are the same as the many many numbers they are using to harass everyone. I contacted the NJ attorney generals office and the bureau of consumer affairs office. Here is what I was told: you must have a cease and desist letter written and served either via email to them on their website or a registered letter with return receipt to them directly. Then you need a print out of your phone bill of all the calls sent to you (proof if their Harrassment) once you have these go to the web and get the complaint form from the consumer affairs section. Make copies of everything and sent it completed to them but only after your cease and desist letter has been received and they continue to call you. Since I did this and started getting these calls again yesterday my packet is now headed to them along with a request for monetary reimbursement for Harrassment and refusal to adhere to a cease and desist.

The only way these calls are going to stop is if everyone does this!!!!
Please take the time and do this!!!! Lets class action these people right out of business!!!!

These people keep calling me too.  The last caller said he was calling from Rescom Energy and offered their web site - www.getpositiveenergy.com when I kept asking for their address.  He said they were based in Connecticut and his manager was getting the address.  He finally hung up on me after I asked for the address again.  Here is the company information I was able to identify:

They call and frigging hangup - don't get an opportunity to complain or ask to be put on do not call list...

Found out they are called Rescom energy up in CT. Called them today and they said they have numerous call centers, he appologized and said he would forward my name to the do not call dept. We will see.

Oh wait, 1.5hrs later got another call from these shhiit heads. hopefully this will stop soon, 5 times today before 12 noon. WTF!

They call everyday between 10:20 am - 10:40 am est. No one is on the line then the line goes to a fast busy. When I call back then line just rings.
