How can you not recieve all the information and make an assumption?? we are trying to help customers save money yet ignorance and lack of information makes it hard for anyone to help a customer give them a chance to talk, they will explain to you what there doing... hot heads just dont answer

We get calls every day 3 and 4 times a day . I finally answered the phone today. I asked them to send me something in writing and I will get back to them. He refused and said that he couldn't .There ya go right there . NO THANK YOU .

Called today.Offered 10% discount on electric bill. Tried to find out about this number. No luck, but gave me a number to refer other people to 866-581-7371, seems to be same number for timeshare selling, have no timeshare.

I got a call just a few minutes ago, regarding an address that I haven't lived at in over 3 years now. And like others have mentioned, they said they were calling on behalf of CL&P. The first caller acted as if I owed money to the utility company. When I asked him what company he was working for, he hung up on me. I called back, someone else answered, without giving the company name upon greeting, and said sorry for the confusion, they were calling as a private company at the behest of CL&P, to inquire about a reduced rate program.

Got a call from 727-785-4296 telling me he could reduce my energy bills by 10% all he needed was my account number....SO if he was from CLP CT Light and Power why did he NOT have my account....SCAM SCAM SCAM
