Calls every day just around noon and hangs up after two or three rings.  Based on the area code I suspect it's another scammer wanting to buy/sell/rent our timeshare for a fee.

I just got this call. Caller ID said 'RFK Solutions LLC' which is a Web design company in England...somehow I don't think they would have a 727 number. We also own a timeshare, so it definitely could be a timeshare reseller.

R.F.K.Solutions LLC  is a good company.  They list timeshare for sale and rent and also use an auction.  As I read the comments I can see that some people can put up on a website anything they want to destroy a good company.  In some cases it is an x employee

I also own a timeshare vacation condo with Wyndham.  I will have to say that I have heard nothing good about this company from any place on the net. It seems there are many people that are upset with how they take the money but don't sell the property. One website stated that they only sell 1 or 2 properties a year BUT make their money of you, the seller.  The only good I have heard is from the post above me from "Tony."

1-866-581-7371 Called this number and had her take my number off.  I asked where she got my number.  She said they bought the data base and it was supposed to have been scrubbed.  Evidently it wasn't.

What good is the do not call list?

Just got called by the foregoing number.  No one was there when I picked up so I Googled the number and ended up on this page.  Thanks for the insights.  I have added that number to my telemarketer list my cell phone and programmed it with ?no ring?.

Just because a company advertises in their press releases they think they are the ?nation's leading independent real estate firm specializing in retail leasing and investment sales? doesn?t forgo the fact that they?re still violating the ?Do Not Call? list rules.    The fact that we own a timeshare and our phone number is somewhere listed on the real estate tax property records, does not give any company the right to give us a call and bug us about reselling the timeshare.  The Do Not Call rules are clear that unless they have a prior business relationship with us, they are not to call us on a home or cell phone line (business lines fall under different rules).  

Unfortunately, the timeshare resale market is basically a scam (according to our CPA, and rightly so) since very few people at this point in time are buying timeshares and basically you spend about $800 to get listed on their website along with many thousands of other potential sellers.  Not of course that it will do you any good.  If you?re going to list your timeshare, do it through a reputable realtor on the island or at the location where your timeshare is listed.

I get called about once every three days on my cell phone by some timeshare resale company.  Perhaps I should become like a litigious consumer and begin suing those who violate the do not call rules.  I understand it?s a $5,000 court award.  Perhaps I could make some money that way, if I was willing to learn the ropes and take it all the way to court.

Hmmmm.  Perhaps if enough people did that, we could stop this repetitive insance calling.  The worst one originates from 212-266-5381.  I've been called by their autodialers once or twice a day for about a month now. (from New York) Sicko's.

Tip: never trust a Telemarketer, but especially ones from Florida or New York.
