Have called multiple times last couple of days, always while I'm at work until today - Saturday!  I have my answering machine turned off and their call will NEVER be answered.  Another scammer/phisher for sure.  Unless I know the name and/or #, my phone doesn't get answered.  I pay for it, I choose when to answer.  

No connection with GLobal Services.  I am on the do not call list ..... oh well, another caller interrupting me.

No message. Hang up call.

Another blocked number.  Scammers never quit.  The message left was a garble of voices in what was probably a call center in a foreign country.

I just received ANOTHER call from  Global Service (Jo Anne at 727-827-2824).   Received the same call from the same number at the same time last week - last week was Jamie - today was Jo Anne.  Very rude when I told her to TAKE my number off their calling list. Wanted to know WHY!  I informed her if I want to renew my magazine I will in my own time. I demanded my number be removed from their calling list.  Called the magazine company - and they (Kristen) claimed she knew nothing about the calls - and that SHE would take my number off their calling list.

Received a call requesting to renew my magazine subscription because subscriptions going up Monday.  Can renew subscriptions via a credit card number and save money now.  I said I was dropping magazines because I could not afford them.  She offered me a senior discount of $29 a yr. for Good Housekeeping, down from $38 a year. Told her I was not interested.

this is a SCAM!  They want your credit card.  
They are HOPING that you have a RD subscription and fall for their scheme.  
I haven't had a RD subscription OVER FIVE years.

I usually do not answer calls like this, I did answer by mistake. The caller ws pushing Taste of Home magaazine. I explained I no longer cooked, she would not give up , I said I don't read the magazine , she said look at the pictures , I said I dont even turn the cover, she had  a comeback for that all the while I am sayin g put me on the DNC lst . I fnally had to tell her she was irritating me and hung up

They keep calling me and naming magazines for renewal that I have never subscribed to.  The rates they quoted me for several that I did not acknowledge were way above what I actually renewed for direct from the publisher.  She kept insisting that she represented the publishers of hundreds of magazines. I told them to remove me from their system.  She got pissed off.

Caller Id said Global Service.  They wanted to renew my subscription to Reader's Digest.  They said it is normally $54.00 but they would renew with a special discount and only charge $39.00.  I had a renewal bill from RD on my desk.  It was $19.98 for a year.  What is with these clowns?  Is this a scam?  Is it really associated with RD?  If so, they should be ashamed.
