They call and don't say anything.  I guess that is good as they are spammers.  They just continue to call,

I get the same calls.  If they indeed are for fundraising for Firefighters, I wonder how they are collecting for my local volunteers....  Seems the local FD was caught a few years ago stealing the donated money and were told (court order) to STOP collecting donations.  

So, that tells me 1 of 2 things -- either my local volunteer FD is breaking a court order (by having those people solicit for them), or the telemarketing company that is calling is a scam.

I am getting to many of these calls.How can i stop this.I answer and they hang up.

3rd call this week. I have and will continue to report this number to the Florida Do Not Call List.

The caller was rather evasive when I asked if he was a paid fund raiser.  He asked for $30 and said he would mail the information for me to mail a check.

Fed up with these people. They are constantly calling me trying to get $ for the local fire dept. and fire rescue services. I guess they don't realize that no means no. To shut them up I told them to mail me the information, only to find out that the lowest amount of "donation" they are willing to accept is $50. Sorry but if I am donating money I am going to be the one who determines the amount not you!

Spammer does not care that you are on the do not call list

Company is BACFF, a know telemarketer.

THey try to get money for paramedics and gives veiled threats that you will not get help if you do not give.

Most likely goes to the unions, who are crooks.
