I've been calling  "Mike Miller' just to see what would happen.  For a long time now his mailbox is full.  Maybe he's in jail?  I also got put in contact with a guy named John  Lemon at 727 421 2412, very nice guy of course.   When I call back I get a message that I have reached the Executive offices at above number.  This mailbox or whatever isn't full, so I leave messages just for fun that are probably never heard.  I was able to get back with Miller or whoever, and told him that I had changed my mind.  I was promised my  money back from escrow, which I wasn't counting on since by then I had figured out what was going on. My property isn't a timeshare but a really lovely and desirable lot near the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, that I really do want to sell.  I had it listed with a realtor in the county but nothing came of it.  I had it listed with another company, and when they called they gave me to understand that they were from that company.  How do they find out so much.  It was the McMillan guy that called me in the first place, then disappeared.

Since I used Green Dot, and are others being caught up in this as well, I went to the law and they put me in touch with the Green Dot people, who were able to block the numbers and I did get some of my money back.  These guys are very good, I have to give them that.

The same 2 people called me regarding my property in Nevada; bare land & no power/water just 10 acres in the middle of a large section in northern NV => other parcels are selling all around mine according to the county recorders office in  Elko.  the numbers I reach "Mike Miller" at is- - 254-654-6599 the other number for "MacMillan" is 757-274-3171 the only problem with that number is that it's never answered and the voice mail is not set up.  I've been promised the same FedEx envelope as you all mentioned & each week that it's supposed to arrive, there's an excuse that there is a 'small problem with the title company' and all will be worked out by end of week. Also M.Miller swears they have office in Largo, FL as well as Texas, and a couple other states I can't remember.  You're lucky though, my calls to Miller go to voice mail & he only answers if I borrow a cell from another area code & call 1-2 minutes later and hey. . . . HE ACTUALLY ANSWERS! The usual excuse is "nobody has called you? they were supposed to & send out your packet. Your $ is in escrow and now that all is well, they should be sending it out at any time today. He gave me an 800 # for the Fl office 800-366-4636, unfortunately though when I called it => it belongs to Student Advantage in Boston, MA, so he screwed up on that one.  I don't know what's up, he knows way too much about my property i.e. current owners, the amount we paid the first company ( he requested an additional $370.00 = $1370.00) so like you I'm already over my head and yet still holding out that it's all going to go well because getting $ back from a business that doesn't exist at the given address is way too hard to find without shelling out more $$.  I'm in for the count and if it doesn't go well, all conversations are recorded and I have the payment receipts and it all goes to the police dept. here and TX & FL as well, maybe they can find them if they don't come through (I have a problem with trusting people that have all the answers.  I wish the best for you as well. . .maybe we'll get what we're due?

I've been talking to Michael Miller/Moore and Mr. MacMillan for a week.  The company is EZ Closing, and they are gathering property in the El Paso area for B and G Development in Canada.  They talked about the same Fed Ex package Indiana mentioned.  He has answers for everything, but they are not quite the answers to my questions, and the explanations are a little fuzzy.  Everything sounds too good.  And there is too much information offered.  I think it is the same kind of scam BJ and Indiana are experiencing, except the property is not time shares, it is blocks of land east of El Paso.  I so wish it were not.  I want to sell that land and the money mentiioned is good.  The telephone number I am supposed to call if I have questions is (245) 652-6599.  I had the same thought, that they are going to a lot of trouble for $1,950.  Maybe enough do bite that it pays.  Good luck.

Telemarketer
I got a call from Seth Davis from EZ Closings about purchasing my timeshare.  His number is 727-409-0569.  He stated that a Canadian company was purchasing my condo for $13,641.00.  I didn't have to send them any money, just agree to sell it.  However, when we didn't get our FedEx package when we were suppose to he told us that there was an outstanding $487.34 to be paid to the marketing company that the previous owner didn't pay and that we needed to send him that amount before he could send out the check and package.  Right there sounded like a total scam, so I called back and asked them to send me the company's info etc..  I can't find any info on them other than they were listed in SUNBIZ.com as filing for a fictitious name and LLC back in 2006, but they have been inactive since 2008.  It sounds too good to be true so I'm sure it probably is.  I've call this guy like 10 times in two days and he always takes my call and is very nice and answers my questions, so it seems like a tone of work for only $487.  If it's a scam they aren't getting much bang for the buck i don't think.

Actually, after talking with them again in length, they call themselves EZ Closing.  They are not from Outdoor Adventures, but they are trying to sell your Outdoor Adventures Timeshare.  They want
$2,000 up front to do this...say it is closing costs.  I believe them to be fraudulent. Beware!  When you tell them that they aren't going to get a cent from you, they will stop calling you.  They will tell you that they have a buyer for your timeshare, etc., etc.
