So which is it?  You say here that YOU did indeed call my Electrical Contracting Company.  The police I spoke to about you said that you denied placing your order by phone.  You  had to have known that when you called an emergency number  ESPECIALLY after hours you would get treated as if an emergency is present.

Knock it off, put your big boy pants on act like an adult and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS.

Lastly I take Mr Willingham's slanderous tone EXTREMELY personally. I have been very service oriented and continue to provide a valuble service since 1987. I have NEVER been so insulted and dismayed. If he continues to accuse me improperly responding to him he will be paying for more than a service call on his 14,800 volt 1,200 amp transformer and service switchgear.
This is not a game nor is it at all funny. Peoples lives were put at stake because of William Willingham's negligent action.

The search was only done after I spoke to Bill Willingham the morning after emergency crews were dispached to his building. He did sound very convincing when he told me that he did not call me .

He also told me that he lived directly across the street from his office. He said he would have seen the utility truck, engineering crew and electrician out his window of his house. Had he mentioned that when he first called us out, I would have gotten my payment right then as the job was finishing up.

Here is a google earth photo of his building. As far as I can tell it would be pretty tricky to see my crews from his house.

In my opinion he lied to me twice in our phone conversation.

Furthermore the search results speak for themselves as to the honesty and integrity of William Willingham.

I told Mr Willingham that my office is located in Ashland Ma. Either Bill or one of his agents called my emergency response line after business office hours which set into action a systematic saftey protocol designed to protect people and property. Calls that come in are for catastrophic failure due to electrical power. Our response was prompt and executed proficiently and we stayed in contact with Mr Willingham throughout the night.

I still need to do some follow up work on your end. Some folks will be stopping in to see you at your office to complete this incident report. If you want, I will let the local inspector know about the other internal electrical issues you are having, as you told me on the phone. He can point you in the right direction as far as that is concerned. I will do that for free if we can just simply resolve this.


Im not sure if you are just kidding and trying to get out of paying for this order or what you are trying to pull, but I performed my job to the best of my ability. I always do.
You can contact who ever you want if you think I have treated you unfair. I have contacted the proper authorities on my end which is Progress Energy to let them know to check the locks and reseal your meter.


I am glad it was a false alarm, but I am beginning to regret helping you out.

I am extremely sorry if you misunderstood how my company operates. I stated to you during our discussion that we respond to ALL calls in the same mannor. We ensure the safety of people and propery. If you call me then I have an obligation to do what it takes to keep you and your home, or in this case your office, safe.


I have thousands of clients who rely and depend on my service. I pride myself in my dependability, I accepted your call and acted in the same spirit as I do all calls. My customers are are vigalant against losses from fire or electrocution. If someone says there is a problem by calling my emergency number after hours, there IS a problem as far as I am concerned. Untill I find out otherwise then I am going to protect you and what is yours.


If there was some miscommunication as you indicated it was not on my end. You called us, which set into motion actions which we assumed to be life threatening. I called numerous times as the night went on. Once I was satisfied that everything was ok, I went to bed. I called you as soon as I woke up to check in.


After our discussion this morning I was curious to figure out what happened and why you sounded so confused. I found out that you are the responsible party of a telemarketing operation of sorts. I was extremely appauled when you suggested that I was trying to scam you. After reading posts on you and your company it became obvious why your mind went there. Apparently many unhappy folks, besides emergency response crews, are being contacted by you.


I am not going to go into how dissapointed I am with how this turned out. I value customer satisfaction. The thought of a new client is always exciting. I can only hope you do the right thing and pay for the services rendered. When you call again I will still be here and at your service, 24/7 as I have been since 1987.

Doug R. White Electrical Contractors,

This guy seems to be trying to pull a fast one. He claims that we called him to set up an emergency electrical service call at 6pm eastern time.  It's funny because our office and everyone in it leave at 5pm.

What's even funnier is that Doug R. White Electrical is located in Ashland, MA.  and our business is located in Tarpon Springs, FL.  If we did have a problem especially an emergency we would have called our LOCAL POWER COMPANY or at least a LOCAL CONTRACTOR.

He says we ordered service this is absurd. His number may have been called as we contact businesses that may be interested in the service that our company provides. But no one called him due to an electrical emergency.  This guy then wants us to overnight him a check for $4002.00!!!  That in and of itself is ludicrious. He says he is protecting people and business.  When we asked him what kind of problem was reported he couldn't give an answer. He says he dispatched local contractors to "check voltage at a transformer" but would not give the name of the local outfit that came out.

We have reported him not only to our local law enforcement but the law enforcement of Ashland, Ma and we reported his scam to the FBI.

Please be aware of this guy. He may have a legit business but he is certainly trying to pull some "fast ones" .  He calls our company a scam because we will not pay for an invoice that was never legit to start with.

The same people who called me from 727-940-5876 also called me from 727-940-5365. They ordered emergency service then denied that they called!

Since their call and my response, I have found these apparent scammers are sending calls to ALOT of unhappy contractors. I feel so stupid for being trusting, but I would rather sleep easy knowing that their building was ok and that the folks who work there are safe from fire or worse.  I might be ignorant of all of their tech savy implementation of calling people, but I should not have to carry the burden of their actions. For those of us who do our job well, this company, US Federal Contracting Corporation is way out of line.

Please know and trust that if you call me I WILL respond even if these guys are trying to make me leary of doing so.

Douglas R White Electrical Contractors - 508-881-3052 - I wish I had done this search last night, because I just got off the phone with a guy calling himself Bill Wilmington and stating that he was the owner of the company.  He flat out denied calling me.  Some folks have no idea as to the havok they cause by their actions.  

I answer emergency calls and happened to respond to his call. Thank God no one was physically hurt during the response. When dealing with electricity and power alot can go wrong. When a call comes into this electricians dispatch office people act IMMIDIATELY - Luckily there are people who act on the trust that human safety and loss of property is still important.  It turns out their building was fine and the people around it were fine.

As a small business person I cannot afford to be taken advantage of by people without consience or regard to consequenses of their actions.  This is truely pittiful and disturbing.

I don't know if their buisness is a scam or not but in my experienced opinion the guys running it are at the bottom side of shifty.
