I received a call from this number twice. They finally left a message on the 2nd call. It was from "Cindy" with TOUR AMERICA stating I had won a Disney Vacation and Daytona Beach cruise as a result of my entry into a drawing at a golf expo I attended. I caleld back from my work phone and spoke to Cindy. She claimed to be a recent stroke victim and explained she would be transferring me to "Pete" who could further assist me. I spoke to Pete who took several minutes to figure out why i was transferred to him. He then transferred me to another male (I did not catch his name). He informed me that I won a 4 day/3 night vacation to Disney World, 4 day/3 night cruise out of Daytona Bech, FL, free theme park tickets, and that I had 18 months to use the tickets. He said in order to secure the tickets I had to pay a $99 fee for each adult and my vacation package was for 4 adults. I told him i would not give my credit card information over the phone. He then stated "Well, you can't go on vacation then." This was proceeded by him hanging up on me.

Any true vacation package a person wins does not require prepayment to secure tickets.

We just got the same msg on our answering machine. I told me husband it was bugos and to call and see what they said. The told my husband to get excited because we just won a trip to Orlando/Daytona/Disneyworld and that he would call back in a half hour on conference call to confirm that he was a real person & that we were real and that we needed a computer in front of us to confirm stuff. The is a scam and it came from Brian at 727-940-5878.

Continuously calls and leaves no message.

I didn't answer but she said I registered while at Sturgis bike week. Funny thing is - I wasn't at Sturgis and have never even been there.

Or maybe he finally realized soliciting in on calls between you and someone with whome you're close to is a little sleazy.

He probably just had a quota to meet...

They called me too! They said I won a $6,000. Disney trip. BUT they then told me they wanted my husbands phone number to conference call us...when I asked for his number to make sure it wasn't a scam he said he was 'BACKING OUT' and hung up. I reported him to the police and plan on spreading the word. Wonder how Disney would feel knowing he is promoting them in such a poor manner. Scammer!

I received a call stating that I had registered to win a Disney trip while in Sturgis. The voicemail stated that I was selected the winner of a trip. I don't rember signing up for any vacation so this seems weird to me.

Numbers  (727) 940-3420, (727) 940-5878 & (727) 940-5892. They are from a company that has booths at events where you can "win a dream vacation", it's either Tour America or For America
