Just got the call in Portland, Oregon.  I didn't answer.  I'm on "Do Not Call" list.  They didn't leave message.  Caller I.D. was Trenton, TN, a very small town (4,600) located between Nashville and Memphis, out in the boondocks.  Phone number, etc. may be bogus.

I just got a call.  Didn't answer.  No message.

I've gotten a lot of calls from this number, never pick up. It goes to voicemail and in Spanish says "If you just heard the register open, you've won $1000" I always delete the message after hearing that, I'm in California

I got a call from 7312008989. I didn't answer. They didn't leave voicemail.
My brother got a call from the same number on the same day as well.

Same thing.  Had this call a few times, and they never leave a message.   Just as well though cos I don't wanna waste my time having to go delete it every time.  +1 for Canada too.

It's a scam saying you've won a Holiday but they need a valid credit card to claim it - as soon as I said not a chance they hung up.

I do not answer unidentified numbers but somehow I answered this one. The message said "Hello you have won three thousand something travel dollars. Press 1 to accept..." and I hung up.

Just got a call at 4:09 central time from this number on 3/31/2010. No voicemail left, Dont know anyone from TN.

In Canada - they told me I was the winner of 3000 travel dollars...I hung up.

I got a call from this number this afternoon in Saskatchewan, Canada, but didn't answer.  They hung up before my answering machine picked up.  Less than 30 minutes later, I got a call from the same number on my cell.  The cell identified it as "Tennessee".  731 is apparently one of the area codes for Tennessee.

I Just missed this phone call too.. Can't they just stick to flooding my email with their bu***hit??

I received a call from this number today while I was at work.  No messages, nothing.

From what I've read on this it seems the same as this number: 7312009898.  The numbers are similar..

I too received a call from this number - didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail.  I'm on Rogers so it's not just Telus as another person commented.  I got a similar call a few days ago (from Pennsylvania) about Travel Dollars.  Guess there's a company or group who's decided to call-spam every number they can make up.
