Who is this company?

I got a call from this number tonight, and since it's not one I recognized I didn't answer it.

This number called yesterday. Since we filter all our calls through caller ID, we did not answer. No message was left. Reverse lookup directories had no listing for 731-256-0024 and "SO TENNESSEE" is unknown as a corporate name. Area 731 includes most of West Tennessee except for the Memphis metropolitan area.
