Just received a call from this number right now.  Nobody was there when I said hello.

Have been receiving calls everyday this week on my cell. If I don't recognize the caller I always let the call go to voicemail. This caller never leaves a message. Very annoying.

Did a follow up...call First Energy Solutions...888-254-6359  I did not pick any number, but stayed on the line for someone to answer....made a sensible complaint...they took name address and the telephone numbers (home/cell) that are being called...Lisa, the rep., also asked if I wanted to be taken off the mailing list, YES..

Told Lisa that First Energy Solutions overlooks JCP&L which is not my electric company, PSE&G is.

So take the number and run with it....also explained this has to be bullet dialing, and several phone calls a day is most annoying..

Keep getting calls from this number

Received four to five hang up calls lasteing about 3 seconds during last 4 dfays, followed by text message notification only there was no text.  called Verizon to block.

been getting calls from this number for about 1 week.  I finally answered and no one was there.  I tried to call back the number, but the recording states its not a "working" number.  I want them to stop.  I've been registered on the do not call list for at leat 6 years now, registering every year to make sure I dont get any gaps.

Verizon customers can block the number by logging into their account online and selecting Call and Message Blocking.  There's no charge and it stays in effect for 90 days

Unknown number keeps on calling and its annoying. My friend gets the calles from 973-145-8854

Call your phone company and find out what you can do to block the number.

If that doesn't work, give them your local police dept. and tell them to contact you there and ask for Captain (name). be creative. or give them fake soc. security number, etc. etc. They waste your time so waste theirs.

I filed complaint with FTC. Was able to find their number here. Feel free to call them and yell at them.

I have been receiving multiple calls on my cell phone and it's so annoying. While I was in Staples buying a new phone, the sales person recommended reporting these calls to the FCC. It's a mystery as to how they're getting around the Do Not Call List.

I have been receiving multiple calls every day for the past week.  
They hang up after second ring and are becoming quite a nuisance.

Called by this number. Didn't pick up, and they didn't leave a message. This is the same area code as my cell phone, but I don't pick up calls from numbers I do not know.  Judging by the other posters, I am glad I didn't pick up.  Good luck out there, and regardless of who calls you, NEVER give out your personal information over the phone.  Companies that you are doing legitimate business with will understand and accommodate establishing your identity in another fashion.

Have received 3 calls to my cell. I am out of the country right now and incoming calls are very expensive! I tried to call the number back and got no one...Does anyone have info about who this is?

Was called this afternoon from automated message stating I was entitled to cheaper utility rate. Spoke with agent who asked for information off my utility bill. When I asked who they were, the agent hung up. Guessing this is a phishing scan. Beware!

My husband was called this morning.  I was called this afternoon.  Neither of us picked up the phone.

just got a call saying they were from JCPL about the engery program, press one to continue with energy program.  I don't have service with them.  Maybe a scam call.
