getting harrasing messages from this number and oddly knows my name on 1/08/08 around 2:30 pm

I received a call from this number and they told me that my warranty was expired on my van and that I needed to put a deposit down to continue coverage.  I asked for a phone number so that I could talk to my husband and get back with them and they refused to give me a number.  The guy said that it was against their regulations to give a phone number.  Sounds a little fishy!!

Have called several times in the last few days.  I pick up, they hang up.  This past time, I could hear lots of guys talking, but didn't answer my greeting!  UGH!

it's a rude person who is trying to sell me some extended warrantee for my car.  they know my name, my car and my city.  talk for a long time and then when i say no, become instantly insulting and tell me to decrease my dosage?  so i call back (hey, i was bored)...they are a sham.  when "transferring" me to their boss, i get disconnected.  so i call back.  oh, the number doesn't work anymore.  whatever.

I keep getting calls from this number also. The person either doesnt answer or is rude when I tell them to quit calling. I am so sick of these scam artists trying to steal hard earned money from people. Why dont they get jobs and work hard for their money like the rest of us have to.

I've been getting calls for several months from this number also.  Always get hung up on after saying "Hello".  I also got the message this number is disconnected or no longer in service, I called about two seconds after being hung up on.

I've been getting phone calls for about a week now. I'm hardly home so they're always on my missed calls list on our caller id. I picked up tonight and they said nothing.

I got calls from this number all the time, trying to sell extended warranty on my ford. I advise them I am not interested. But the most recent call the  guy said " I hope you have the money to pay for your repairs, you Rude Snot" I asked to talk to his manager and he said shut up and hung up. When I try to call the number it says its disconnected.

I have been getting calls from this number for a few weeks. Each time I answer they hang up. I called them to see if they have a kid who is prank calling, and the guy who answered said that they are having a problem with their internet provider and they need to make a record of all complaints. The person had my full name and phone number, claiming that it was on his caller ID. So far nothing has happened, but it feels like a scam. If anyone with this problem has identity theft problems or a large phone bill all of a sudden, this could be the reason.

I have been getting calls during the  day from this number 732-242-3940 and I answer and there is no one on the other end.  I know its a land line in New Jersey.  I can no understand why they are not speaking.

I have been getting calls from this number for about 2 weeks.  Usually the phone rings, I pick it up, and they hang up.  I work second shift, so, at night when I get home I usually always have a call from this number from Matawan, NJ.  I live in NH, and don't have anything to do with anything in NJ.  I wish someone could do something about this caller.  I am really tired of the calls, they are every day.  I only now thought to go online though and look it up, and I see that there are many, many people who have received calls from this person/company.  Is there anything that we can do?  Does anyone know?  When I called this number back it said that it had either been changed or changed area codes.  This can't be a legal thing that's going on here.  At the very least if they can call and harass us, we should be able to do likewise.  I would be willing to call a few hundred times to get this crap to stop.

Wow, I just thought I'd by chance find out something about this number since this is the 3rd time it's called me. I answer it and say hello like 3 time and get no response so I just hang up. What the hell!? and it doesn't make me feel any better that I'm not the only one :(

i've been getting calls from this number many times. it rings until i pick it up (usually while i'm trying to sleep) then nobody on the other end says anything. what is this about. do people no have better things to do with their lives then bother people like this?!
