They call me 4 or more times a day and if i answer they hang up and they will not leave a message.

I get calls about twice a day from this number and they never leave a message. When I try to redial, I get a busy signal.  Who is this??  How can I get it to stop??

I answered, something about getting easy credit, said no. Then got called 4 more times but they just hung up when i answered or didnt leave a msg.
