the call dropped, I called it back and the gal was rude and hung up before I could have my number removed.

It is the capital they will not take you off the list, i've tried for 4 years now. Yea at first they are nice and say we will take you off , but then a few weeks later someone else from the capital will call. I use to just laugh at them and say who reads papers, then I just blocked the number.

Got a call from this number and they hung up after 1 ring. I assumed it was a telemarketer call so I did not answer.

I never answer calls from numbers I don't know because I know 90% are telemarketers and by answering your just told them it's a good number. Then they tell all the other telemarketers that your number is a good number so you end up getting more calls.

Never answer!!

I called it back and it is Capitol Magazine something. I asked to be removed... they seemed nice and said they would.  Apologized even.
