guy called asked for my bf by name i said he was at work the guy then said he was fbi and my bf was cheating on me and the he hung up

This is  www.freedomcardline.net calling. It is one of those online credit card scams, they want you to pay 250 upfront then give 5000 "credit" to shop at their store. You also have to put money down, as much as 30-50% plus shipping. I am having the number traced, if it is a mobile number they'll find out exactly where they are everytime they call me. They will be prosecuting with harrassment on me and any one else who decides to report them! My number is on the do not call list!

I anwsered the phone just to see who this was.  I ask him and he said something that I could not understand.  I ask if he was a indian and he started to cus me out I told him I hop his company is recording this conversation because I am and he should be fired and he hung up.

Phone number 747-365-3938. I can't count the times I get this call. My phone is new and it's pretty much all I ever get. Tonight I finally answered. It was really freaky. When I said Hello, a voice sounding deep and raspy, very strange sounding said "Hello", and I'd hear 5 knocks like on a table. This happened about 3 times a few seconds on silence then they hung up. I called it back and number was not available. I have looked up the area code and it doesn't exist, in the US or international. What do we do now?

I have been getting calls from this #, too. It comes up as California Call for me. They always hung up on me, or the line was dead silent. They'll call anywhere from 1-7 times a day, and even go a day or 2 without calling at all. I just recieved a call again, and this time I spoke with "Sean." He seems to have an Indian accent. He asked for my husband by name, whom I said I didn't know. He proceeded to spell my husband's name. I insisted I didn't know him, and went on say that I had recently acquired the phone #. He proceeded to tell ask my name, which I gave a phoney one, and tell me that the owner of the phone # (he verified it was me) has been approved for a $5000 credit card and $1000 cash advance. Soooo... THIS is what I told him (as I cut him off):
I just filed for Bankruptcy and my final hearing is tomorrow.
He apologized, thanked me, and swiftly hung up. Hopefully to never call again!

I just got a call from this company.  It comes up as CALIFORNIA CALL on my caller ID.  The guy sounds as though he is from India and actually PLEADS wtih me for me to give him my bank account and routing number because "You have been approved for $5000 and a $1000 cash advance..." but he will not take no for an answer.  I told him I will not give him that information over the phone and he can send me the information for me to look over.  He again, repeats " but ma'am, you are preapproved for $5000 unsecured card and $1000 cash advance".  

Sounds like a scam to me.  I have been receiving multiple calls from places wanting to give me supposed car loans etc due to me having filled out info on the web and now I am sorry.  I will never be left alone again.

These losers keep calling my phone. When i answer, it takes forever for them to reply and then someone with a foreign accent asks for me. when i ask whose calling then i get dead air. they keep calling and don't leave a message on the voicemail.

I RECIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND THEY SAY THEY WERE A CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

hang up then pick up phone wait for dial tone then press *57 immiedtly i got a call today and the guy had accent saying he was fbi i called my local township police and phone company

I keep getting calls from the same number but they never leave a message. I have not tried to call back. Have you had any luck finding out who it is?

My 9-year-old daughter is getting repeated calls from this number on her cell phone and it is upsetting her to no end!  I want to know where this number is coming from and how to stop it.

This number has called me TEN times in the last 2hours! when I answer there is no one on the other line does not answer expect to breath heavily into the phone and then hang up at exactly 40 seconds. How do I trace this and stop it??!! please help me!

Person called using this number and stated they were going to "Rape my wife". Of course I made a threat back, I want to know where the origin of this number is.

Not sure who it is but they have been calling for at least a week straight now. When you ask who they are the won't identify thereselves. I told them not to call back but they keep calling
