2nd email from amazon.com that I have received saying I ordered and they sent a confirmation email. Called Amazon today, 5/9/13, they said they have been getting a lot of these complaints. They say the Order number is not their numbers, because it starts with an X. The lady told me it is a Phishing scam. Do not reply to anything. I didn't in either one. The address they use is, 503-8878 Vel Avenue Fort Wayne United States, Phone number 1-747-977-1951. Not a working number. Called it from a calling card and it's a non working number.

This phone number was mentioned in a SCAM email pretending to be an order confirmation from Amazon.

Received a confirmation from Amazon. Knew immediately it was fake as it went to my work address. It actually went to my co-worker as first as it showed she ordered it. Also, who would pay 80.99 for theHunger Games book and 2.99 for gift cards??? Don't these people have anything better to do?

This is the number used by the scammer who has your email address and supposedly makes an order from Amazon. All nonesense. Don't click on anything. Numerous misspellings and incomplete addresses.

this phone number was used as part of an email (using my correct email address) to order Kindale products from amazon.com. the address to ship was listed as 145-4838 In Road, OH 43230-6107. Undoubtly the email address was stolen by someone and used for this purpose. This isn't the first time this has been used.
