I got a eight phone calls from this number today. It appears as an incomplete number (749)770-65 I have never seen such number. It is very annoying to get phone calls like these, and not know what to do about

I GET CALLS FROM PEOPLE SAYING THEY ARE EITHER FROM A LAW FIRM..THEY CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH TELLING ME THAT I OWE A PAYDAY LOAN AND IF I DONT PAY I WILL BE ARRESTED  AT MY JOB. AUTO LOAN NETWORK SAME THING CONSTANTLY CALLING BACK TO BACK. THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED AT LEAST FIFTY CALLS FROM #"s 7876009, 0117876009,4416782669987,888164681,4016487436, 000000000

I just got a call from "National Cardholder Services" also, trying to help me 'avoid the interest rate increase I may have received a letter about in the mail'. I don't have any credit cards, but I followed their prompt to push '9' to speak to a representative. A man with a strong Indian accent answered and asked if I was calling to inquire about avoiding the interest rate increase on my credit card. I started to tell him I am calling to ask them to remove my name from their list, but he hung up on me before I could finish the sentence.

This # called, left no message, and when I tried to return the call I got a recorded phone company message:  "[cheerful intro jingle] "Your call cannot be completed as dialed."  Dang!  I so wanted to call and sell them something.  If this number calls again, I will announce that it was fortunate they did, as I have some important products to sell them.  I'm getting my pyramid schemes ready.  These people will not escape their ill-chosen phone conversation until I have sold them something.

If they are legit, then they souldn't have to munge their caller ID

I just rudely tell them to remove my number NOW...I didn't give the person a chance to get into any details...then I blocked the number from being able to call me back.

I keep getting calls from this number and when they give their name and say they are from CREDIT CARD SERVICES, I HANG UP!   I deal directly with my card services company and the above is NOT their name.

Who will do absolutely nothing about it...

Credit Card Scum - will not give information, want  to offer credit counseling if you have over 3k of credit card debt (I have none).

Try to get them to stop calling every day.  IF their lips are moving, they are lying - they will not stop.   Any information, love to know.  Forget do not call lists, they completely ignore them.

We are on the "Do Not Call" list.  Seems it doesn't do any good!  I would like to report these people to the FCC or someone in authority who can stop this type call to people on the "Do Not Call" list.

Whenever I get a call of this nature, I immediately press the # button as fast as I can, over and over.  This supposedly messes up their system and kicks your number out of their files.  I will keep doing this until these inconsiderate people? stop calling my phone number.

I programmed my VoIP system to drop calls from obviously invalid numbers like this one.  This number appeared in my cdr's as dropped.

Calls repeatedly, hangs up as soon as I answer.

From "National Cardholder Services".  Wanted to sell me a "low-interest-rate" credit card.  Would not accept "do not call" instruction.

ya I mess with them everytime they call these days, I don't owe any credit cards, when they ask for my name I tell the a phony one as they pretend to look up my account,  they said it shows that I've pd on time the last nine months I agree yup I have and tends to get them a bit excited when they ask for personal info I make it up.  then when Im done playing with them and they ask what bank I tell them no Im just wastin your time like you wasted mine.  They hang up every time. lol enough ppl blow them off like that  they'll get tired of it.  eventually. but the FCC and AG don't do anything so we got to take it in our own hands some how.  If you have the time waste their time.

Just got a call from these idiots again, since the FCC & AG won't or can't do anything I decided to waste their time like they waste mine.  I pressed 9, when the person comes on asks me if I were interested in lowering my rates, stated why yes I am, said he had to look up my info, I said thats fine. they looked up the info, said they were with Mastercard & Visa and wanted to know if I were over $4000. in debt, I answered yes (Im not) he held the line and continued which one do I have the most on, I claimed Master card, lol  then he said he could see for the last 9 months I've made regular payments I said why yes I have.  Then wanted to know what bank was my mastercard with.  I said Im really not sure, I wanted to waste your time like you waste mine. lol,  he hung up.  I don't owe any credit cards or have any balances  but if you hold them on the phone and waste their time as much as they waste yours then maybe they will stop.  They didn't have my real name either when they ask for a name I gave them a fake. If enough ppl do it maybe they will get sick of it too.  To many fools give them to much info.  never give them your real name.  never give them real information.  play with them like they play with you. get down and dirty ppl.

Received call from this number at 11:30 am on 3/23/11.  Number on phone ID.  I did not answer it.

i saw it on my caller id so i decided to call them back  and some lady who sounded like she was idk like on drugs or smoking answerd and i said i who is this and shes like whose this you calld me! so i was like sorry wrong numbr and hung up

I tried to put them on call block but (749) 000-4274 shows that it's an invalid area code and number and won't allow me to block the call. Called service about the problem and they advised me that this is "call spoofing" and there is no way to block the number. Back to the drawing board

They called today, 2/28 at 4:29 PM/  I wasn't home, but my caller ID showed "caller unknown" so I wouldn't have answered anyway.  They left no message.  I'll file with the Do Not Call list, not that it'll do much good.

This caller or calling company is obviously a fraudulent huckster or huckster outfit. Do not trust the person who called. Do not give out information. Report to authorities, if possible.

Received a call today from 749-000-4274.Did not answer, let the machine answer. They did not talk to the machine.
