Same stuff, "Name Not Found" on my caller ID, recorded message to reduce your credit card rates, blah blah.  I went ahead & pressed the number one to speak to an agent & asked him why he was calling a number on the "do not call registry" and was promptly hung up on so I promptly filed a complaint on the registry's web site.
They cannot call you with a recorded message even if your number's not registered so start turning these effers in.

How can anonymous calls like this one be allowed?
Should be against the law, but how does one go about prosecuting?

One site says:  Area codes 748 through 753 do not exist.

But another site says:  Area Code 751 is in Aspen,Breckenridge,Vail,Fort Collins,Grand Junction,etc.

Received a call from "Credit Card" services about a rate in crease that I may have received or may receive no name press a key to speak to someone . I hung up.

I have no credit cards but they said I could get them with a lower rate, duh, don't want any credit cards

Received a call from this number 8-17-11.  Caller ID says "name unavailable".  Did not answer and no message left.

Forgot to mention after they said I owed $4000 and I said I don't think so she hung up on me.  Did I catch you in a lie perhaps?

Got the same call about reducing my credit cards.  Guess what nimrods I don't have a credit card.  I thought I would play with them though.  They asked if I was responding to the message and I said yes.  They informed me my current totals on credit cards are at $4000.  Really interesting since I don't have any.  What idiots.  Turned them in to several places.  Once for the national do not call list since I'm on that and also to the FCC.  I have noticed every time that I get the calls and I turn them in they havent' been calling as much.  One week this summer we had over 10 calls from various scammers about lowering my credit cards.

Also in KS, call is for "credit card reduction" and we don't use any credit cards. I could've had fun with it ("Oh, you mean our MasterCard? Or the Visa. haha! We have neither!") but just wasn't in the mood. They always call around suppertime.

Received a call from this number with a message stating that our credit card rates have or will be increasing and to push 9 to avoid it. Total scam!!

Get calls from this number.  It is a recorded message acting as if they are from your credit card company and want to help you get your debt. reduced.     they are calling blindly:  they do not give your name or even your credit card company.
 they obviously want you to call a number and give them all your personal information so they can scam you.  
 AND:  the 751 area code is phoney and the prefix 000  is also phoney so they have the machines to change the number they are calling from
 Obvious phish.   block them

My guess is that it is some type of scam.

Called but no message. ID says NAME UNAVAILABLE. There also seems to be no 751 area code that I can find.

Someone from this number called today but didn't leave a message. Of course can't call them back. Very frustrating.
