I too have started receiving them... Everyone should call the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). This will get the Federal Gov involved. 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357)

Recording offered to lower rate to 6.9%. We already have that low of a rate on our cards,so knew it was a scam, like the car warranty calls. DID NOT press 9 to continue call.

I also received a call from 751-000-7524. It is Chase Bank. I spoke with a Financial Adviser who wanted to lower my interest rate. If you call Chase Bank they will try to deny the call came from them, but after two hours on the phone and speaking with 4 Representatives, I was told the truth. I will call the federal trade commission Monday morning.

I do not want any soliciting phone calls and I am registered to a do not call list. I would appreciate it if you would stop calling my house.
